I wouldn’t stay there again

The location was nice and everything was just ok.

The bed was really hard and one soft pillow. The breakfast was correct but nothing special. In general everything was fine, just not special or that nice.

only minor thing is stairs but that can’t be changed so just don’t go here if you can’t use stairs

In comparison to other places we were stayed this terrace lacks ambience.

The location is great. It is close to everything with a small square with amazing coffee just outside your doorstep. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast great.

Wonderful riad in the heart of Essaouira

Exceptional riad in the heart of Essaouira. Beautiful peaceful riad, with lots of character, care for details and interior design, strategically located. I love the spacious clean room, the wonderful breakfast, the staff and the owner always kind and helpful. The chilled peaceful atmosphere, the incredible view from the rooftop terrace. Rooms are decorated with taste, cleaned everyday and not humid. Highly recommended. Great money value.

Very good

The lokacion was good and the brekfest was very good. Also the sea view was great.

The room was not so nice as well as the bethroom and the teres was not as on the pictures on booking. We wer a littel bit desepointed but the ladys in the morning wer very nice and helpful.

1st floor rooms are quite humid and dark... probably all Riads in the old city have this problem.

Simple and quite basic riad. Location is inside medina which is excellent. Good breakfast and lovely woman who serves it. Good place to rest during the night, to explore during the day.

Don't expect luxury like the riads in Marrakech, this is a bit more basic. Overall good and clean.

Cozy and clean en-suite room, great breakfast and very kind staff. They even printed out our boarding pass. The rooftop terrace has a view of the ocean.

Lovely breakfast. Best omelette so far. Fresh orange juice is part of a standard breakfast in Maroc. Plenty to eat. ...and a lovely space to eat in, with frindly staff as well

Superb

Wonderful staying at Jade Mogador Riad, sited right in the Medina, just literally around the corner of the main market area and just a short walk from the beach and fishing port. The Riad itself is very traditional and. The room we were occupying was basic but comfy and clean, a fantastic mattress by the way. And the staff deserve a special mention is really really nice and helpful. I would strongly suggest this place to anyone

Great value, safe, beautiful. Excellent location. Clean and comfortable with good breakfast.

Beautiful riad! Awesome view from the rooftop terrace of the city and the ocean . Breakfast was very good and the riad is in an excellent location.

The terrace could have been a little cleaner or comfortable to invite you to hang out up top. But the owner said that she has plans to make it a very fun hang out spot.

This ryad is definitely worth staying in. It offered the same quality as more expensive ryads we stayed in before. It not so easy to find, but the location is great! (Close to everything, and yet very calm). Nice rooftop as well!

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation, great coffee in the morning and great location

Confusion about not taking the payment directly when I booked online and surrended card details and then asking me for payment just as I was leaving, requiring me to then pay using my card in the card machine. Was unclear and worried that I was paying twice.

The staff were super nice, but it was a little hard to communicate sometimes as we don’t speak French or Arabic. The breakfast was also good.

The room was a bit dark and smelled mouldy, there were more lamps on the pictures and they are edited to look lighter. But overall not a big deal.

Beautiful Riad, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Location is central, slight mark down as hard to find, but I think that's all places in the medina. Plenty of hot water, pressure a little low and shower leaks into bathroom, but once again that's expected. Extra blankets and heaters in the room if needed (we didn't). Overall highly recommended, we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Beautiful, clean and bright

This is a riad that feels like family - very cozy, clean and safe. My room is beautiful, clean and bright. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the cleanliness is incredible! The breakfast is delicious and the staff is kind, helpful and honest. I am staying for over a month and have been welcomed with open arms. Thank you!

Mrs. Khadija is highly hospitable and helpful. And it is a beautiful riad in a beautiful city. Location is just at the heart of Essaouira medina. Room is authentic and clean. Breakfast consists of all local and fresh products.

We loved the personal touch of the owner and staff! She actually came to pick us up from a point where the sat nav had, wrongly, lead us! The rooms are spotless and perfect for an authentic stay in the town. The breakfast was so lovely, very traditional and enough to feed an army!

Very friendly staff, nice and cozy room with an eye for detail, beautiful woodwork and lamps. great shower, nice rooftop terrace and a good breakfast. u get a key for the main door.

a little hard to find, the sign is not big, but after asking the locals no problem.
