Would recommend

The hotel is in a good location. There is a large supermarket just across the road, petrol stations, restaurants and you can easily walk to the seafront in 25 minutes or drive in 5 ( there seemed to be plenty of parking space on the seafront). There is ample free parking in front of the hotel, check in was swift and there is a reasonably priced cafe/ restaurant inside which is open until late. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size. Some have a kettle which was an added bonus. Not all rooms have a hairdryer though, which is something the hotel could consider. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and trouble free.

Just had to share my incredible experience at this hotel in Essaouira

It was seriously the best decision ever! The vibes were so chill, and the staff took such good care of us. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the spa massage was pure bliss. Shoutout to the amazing lady in the restaurant who always had a smile on her face while serving us with so much love. And let me tell you, the dinner meals were out of this world! My son couldn't get enough of their yummy pizza. I also want to give a huge thank you to the super helpful girl at the reception who went above and beyond to give us tips about the city and the local culture. And guess what? They even have free parking! Plus, the hotel is in a prime location. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Essaouira

Poor

Lots of people smoking downstairs make the corridors and rooms smell bad. Breakfast: dirty plates, and cups and not enough for all guests.

Pleasant stay

After check in, we discovered a minor problem in our room and this was rectified immediately by Dounia who moved us to another room. Throughout our stay, all the staff were exceptional and the breakfast was good and plentiful. 😊

Not a complaint but a suggestion, the rooms are in need of a little maintenance.

Friendly staff

The location was great. Friendly staff. Camels pass by the front door of the hotel in the morning and evening!

The noise from doors banging in the corridor and the shower wasn't great. The door to the bathroom located beside the bed is see through.

Not my best accomodation in Morocco

The staff was great. Dunia and Hanan made their best to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was rich and delicious.

We visit this place while in construction. No one told us to be ready for this situation. The equipments in bathroom weren't in their best. Sometimes we had no hot water in shower. I hope that after construction complete hotel guests will get a better feeling in this place.

Breakfast was fantastic and the daytime receptionist was delightful

No food in the evenings. No hangers in the wardrobe, no mini bar, no mirror in the bedroom, only one light switch worked, shower was cracked, only one tiny soap was supplied in the bathroom. Had to ask for more toilet paper and towels.

Amazing stay

We were pleasantly happy to stay in such a great place after a week roadtrip around Morocco. Neima is a great person and professional which played the major part of our comfortable staying in this hotel. She is very helpful and kind and goes beyond her duties to make everyone feel happy. The room is clean, thanks to amazing cleaning personnel. The location is great even if you don't have a car. Its close to the beach and far from center madness.We stayed 3 nights and it was the best days of our stay in Morocco. Breakfast was super great, European style with morrocan touch. Highly recommended 👌

Decent, cheap hotel for a night or two.

Big room, big bed, big breakfast, good aircon, great staff. Very friendly, attentive folks work here.

At this price, nothing to complain about really. Unless you’re spending big (I’m not), Essaouira is a either cheap, damp Riad in the medina, where you can hear everything, or cheap hotels further out (like this). Or you spend big money and get all the luxury. There is no in between. But like I say, no complaints.
