Overall a great place to stay and Owner Joelene was very nice to deal with.

Roomy Comfortable

Aircon unit outside bedroom was abit noisey. Aircon unit inside was struggling a bit to keep room warm when it turned cold.

Nice modern apartment

The apartment was well equipped for a family, kitchen had everything we needed to cook basic meals including a full size fridge and freezer, oven etc. Nice modern bathroom with a lovely shower. Joelene came to show us around and let us in and communication prior to our stay was great.

A couple of fans for the bedrooms would be great as it was uncharacteristically hot the week we visited and the aircon in the lounge didn’t quite get through.

Heat pump is average and noisy. No heat getting to bedrooms. back bedroom drafts as hole in window.

Really comfortable apartment, close to town and a great stay for a weekend away.

Great location close to town and family places like the pool and bowling. It was very clean and tidy, we had all the facilities we needed and loved the fridge ice maker. Off street parking was a bonus.

Perhaps a few more forks so we could do a couple of meals before doing the dishwasher and some glass bowls to heat up things in the microwave. The aircon was amazing but the rooms were very warm, so pedestel fans would be good. Couldn't find a mop as listed on the instructions. (Very minor things as really enjoyed our stay).

A great place to stay while visiting New Plymouth

The location was very convenient and the property itself was clean and spacious with modern refurbishments. We found the heating (and heated towel rails!) to be really effective, furnishings to be comfortable, and enjoyed the wifi and smart TV. We also found our host Joelene to be really hospitable and helpful, with some great suggestions of places to check out in the local area.

As the apartment on a busy main road there was quite a bit of traffic during the day. It did drop off at night. Access to the apartment may be a problem for someone with limited mobility as the apartment is accessed by a flight of stairs.

The location is close to town and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Very clean and well presented. Lots of space. Contemporary kitchen and bathroom

It is on a busy road and some road noise can be heard at times. There is a washing machine but no clothes drier.
