Perfect location, great staff, clean and welcoming.

The location is perfect if you want to go to the beach. It is surrounded by places to eat. Very convenient.

The construction next door was a bit distracting but wasn’t horrible.

Great location near the beach and great restaurants

The breakfast was decent at best. I was expecting something a little better, but it was free so what did I expect? lol.

Breakfast and check in. We didn't get into our room until 3:30 although I asked for an early check in. I think they were shortstaffed.

All in all - very good and well worth the money

Location is superb. Stuff very friendly. Complementary breakfast is very good and has plenty of choice. Free fresh coffee all day long

Parking - $24 extra per day and a hassle with needing to validate the ticket every time. room key was supposed to open garage gate but it didn’t work. Also I appreciate open space concept but there is definitely not enough storage space in the room.

This is a very nice property, though we could have been closer to the beach and also there were trees in the way of the

I didn’t like how I paid for an ocean view, but couldn’t see the ocean due to the trees wasn’t very close how I would like.

Really loved it here

Location easy to walk out the door be at the Pompano pier or walk, right onto the beach or eat right beside the hotel very convenient

The rooftop bar adds auto gratuity of like 18%. Even if it’s Happy Hour and a $6 beer can get expensive. Great view though

Newer hotel with nice location but needs improvements

Closeness to the beach and pier, nice view, new and modern design, nice front desk, earlier check-in was offered when we arrived, nice rooftop bar and specials, good breakfast

Dirty windows, doors and mirrors in the room (room was not cleaned properly, only beds were made and new towels were brought, mirrors were not cleaned) Jacuzzi was not open/ caution signs, dirty water in the swimmingpool No wardrobe in room Plastic utensils kitchen staff could be more helpful

For the most part we really enjoyed ourselves

Great place for families who want a stylish hotel with a free breakfast in the heart of the Pompano Beach pier area!

Rooms small but well appointed and new and attractive. The beds were comfortable. The rooftop area was a beautiful place to enjoy the sunrise!

Nothing we didn’t like except maybe a little enclosed storage space. The bar employees and some of the other workers could be more friendly. Though some were very nice and engaging. Our cleaners on 2nd floor were very nice!

Convenience day to visit the ocean

I’d like the location and the beds were comfortable but felt it was a little over priced for what it was

I wish parking was included. That was an extra $22 a day. breakfast was included, but it really was not very good.

I could have stayed at a bigger and better hotel for the money.

I like the front check in staff, your property was pet friendly and the free breakfast made the stay more enjoyable. Great continental breakfast with waffles, egg tacos, ham and egg sandwiches, breakfast bowls, bagels, cereal, grits/oatmeal, yogurt, juice, milk and muffins. Good job there guys! My Tv greeted me. That was a nice touch.

I Hated my room. It was really small and wasn’t 100% clean up to my standards. The bed was hard and the curtains were stained. The parking situation. As a guest, I had to pay an additional fee to park in the hotels garage!! I’m a paying customer and now you want me to pay more to park in your garage. I’d definitely do away with that and make sure you are validating your guests parking. The back door to the hotel was broken and never locked and stayed ajar the entire time. I even tried to force it closed and it wouldn’t close. I didn’t like that and it gave me an unsafe vibe that anyone could literally open the door from the street and come in the hotel from the side entry. And this was a keyed entry. That needs attention ASAP.

Great hotel for a trip to the beach!

The hotel is perfectly situated a stones throw from the beach. if was great for our brief overnight stay. close to the pier, a block from beach access and surrounded by restaurants.

There is very limited parking, but there is a public covered parking lot next door. The room was a little smaller than we had anticipated, but as we only stayed for one evening it was fine. I think if we had been staying for longer we would have struggled with the lack of clothes storage. Also a little disappointed there wasn’t any coffee making facilities in the room. There was a coffee and tea bar downstairs but it wasn’t always convenient to go downstairs.

Great place to stay as a solo traveler or with a family! I would definitely recommend and stay again. Good value based

Close proximity to the beach, free breakfast, reasonable parking fee close to hotel, walking distance to restaurants and Pompano beach pier, balcony and ocean view.

Had to wait one hour for room so check-in was an hour late with no options for a later check out, music was somewhat loud until 11 pm from the rooftop bar.

Horrible two nights at Tru

Some of the front staff was friendly not all.

Beds were terrible if you like sleeping on bricks then you will have no issues. Also housekeeping is very loud in the halls, yelling laughing at 8 am and knocked very loudly on my door three times even though the do not disturb was clearly on the door. Also there is construction nearby.

Had to call for towels, replenishment of shampoo and body cleaner, don’t think room was swept during my four days visit.
