Great stay at a great price! I’ll be back.

Location, big room, free wifi, clean, late checkout, excellent breakfast

I git a late checkout at 1 & later would have been better but I appreciated 1 pm

Very disappointed- I paid a lot and recieved little. I will never stay here again and return to Gilbert every 3 months

Easy access

Bed was awful- my back counted the springs nightly and staff offered zero compassion or solutions- room was also pretty dirty, pink gunk growing inside shower edges and old somethings running down the door :/

The location was perfect and the rooms were very clean.

Clean room. All the staff we encountered were very nice.

Breakfast selection was poor and the tables were not cleaned off between guests.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast.

Friendly staff at the front desk. Hotel was very clean and I liked the room set up. We had the king with the pull out sofa. Kids slept on the pull out. Lots of desk space. I did an hour or so of work in the morning and internet worked great. Plenty of space for bags and stuff we brought. Pool was great. Breakfast was great.

Only thing I can think of is to have some shade like a few umbrellas at the pool. It was hot!

Overall we would love to come back!

It was a great clean, comfortable place to stay, with a spotless outdoor pool.

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Great!

Good options. 2 different omelets-cheese or egg white veggie, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagel, oatmeal, pancakes, turkey sausages, pork sausages, biscuit and gravy, fruits. Good location with lots of options for food.

AC is a bit noisy, but that's typically the case with these units. Compared to other hotels we have been to, this one was not the noisiest and tolerable.

Very good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Really appreciate the courtesy shuttle to Gateway Airport.

Didn’t like having a pet friendly room- wasn’t told. Seemed to have an odor in room.

Waiting to depart from the airport in early morning

Very clean room, lobby, and hallways. Pool-hot tub area was nice and accessible from the room. I liked the location as it was not in the heart of the city, little to no airport noise (but close enough for a short drive to Mesa-Gateway), and there was shopping/ restaurants on the same road.

No transportation to the airport you got to give me a different holiday and buy the airport nobody c

Wanted military discount they said we can have that because we went through booking.com my dad is 86 years old he never goes anywhere he was going to a funeral every little bit counts my mom died

You guys didn't have any transportation I called and said you have transportation from the airport to your to your hotel when my dad got there he was stranded for two two or three hours and the people at the hotel refused to go get them cuz it was too far like I said anything at a taxi wanted to charge him $80 and you can see he got off the plane at 4:45 but he didn't get to the room your hotel until after 6:00 or 7:00 I think you should give people a ride especially if they are only you guys not hardly doing nothing the bands just sitting there why can't you pick up someone whole thing is I called you guys I used your hotel you told me that you had transportation to the airport and you guys lied I didn't like that

I booked this room because I had an early morning flight out of the local airport. The room was absolutely perfect.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable.

there was nothing not to like about this property.
