Alapvetően elégedettek voltunk, jól éreztük magunkat, tervezünk visszatérni.

Hatalmas, kényelmes szoba. Szuperek voltak a medencék, nagyon szép a tengerpart. Hangulatos volt a vacsora, ahogy ott készült a grill, a lepény, stb. Nekünk az ételek is ízlettek. Semmi problémát nem okozott, pedig salátát, gyümölcsöket, jégkockát is fogyasztottunk.

Lehetne tisztább, illetve a személyzet elég megosztó. Voltak nagyon kedves pincérek pl a Sun étteremben, de volt ahol rettenet. A Tropical étteremben a manager igazi tahó, viccelődik illetlen helyzeteken, folyamatosan üti a pincéreket, hangosan veszekszik velük, gyerekek előtt is. Nem vicces, felháborító! Picit több változatosság elférne az ételek tekintetében, illetve több információ az alacarte éttermekkel kapcsolatban.

Dissapointing.

Hotel seems nice at a first glance and it has so many potential. Its seashore is good, with good-looking coral reefs.

My family (my husband and two preschool children, aged 3 and 6) and I spent 11 nights at this hotel. Upon arrival, everything started well: we quickly received our wristbands and a reservation at the Italian restaurant. However, it soon became clear that the room condition and cleaning were far from satisfactory. At first glance, the room seemed acceptable, but it quickly became apparent that the cleaning was inadequate: the floor remained dirty, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, the bed linen was never changed, and towels were not fresh. We also had to beg for toilet paper several times. We haven't got water for 3 days straight. The dining experience was also disappointing. The food quality was poor, with canteen-level offerings and repetitive dishes. The lack of meat options, tasteless salads and side dishes, and poor-quality ingredients all contributed to our dissatisfaction. The all-inclusive service was also disappointing, as many things required extra payment (popcorn and cotton candy is 1 euro), and the portions were small. The settings on the juice machines were also inadequate: the juices were either too strong or watered down. We had to queue for better food options... The lack of child-friendly services was particularly frustrating. The water activities were only open twice a day for limited periods, which was not enough for the children. There was no play corner in the restaurants, and the pools were cold. On a positive note, the beach was good, with a gently sloping shore and coral reefs, and there were various pools. However, the overall condition of the hotel was rundown and in need of maintenance. The price we paid seemed reasonable for the experience, but at the original higher price, it would have been a disappointment. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel and certainly won't be returning. The hotel is beautiful but requires significant maintenance and a change in approach to improve the experience.

Super hotel

Super hôtel, très propre l'ambiance est excellente. On y mange bien avec plusieurs restaurants à la carte. Le personnel toujours au petit soins. Le plus c'est les activités pour les enfants juste le rêve pour eux. Merci à Amir Ali et Mahmoud a la réception pour leurs disponibilités et réactivité afin que notre séjour se passe au mieux . MERCI encore nous recommandons cette hôtel allez les yeux fermés

المكان خيالي ونضيف وبتقضي وقت ممتع...الجو كتير روعه والشط تبع الاوتيل خيالي جدا والنضافه جدا عاليه وخيارات الالعاب والتسليه كتير والمسابح مافيها كلور كتير وجدا نضيفه وهالشي بخليك تقضي وقت طويل وانت مسترخي جدا...الفريق جدا لطيف خصوصا مستر امير علي يالي كان جدا متعاون ولطيف و يخلي اقامتنا ممتعه ومانكون محتاجين اي شي...الغرف كبيره ومريحه ودايما بنضفوها....كانت اجازه جدا جميله واكيد رح نرجع نعيدها

Csodálatos

Gyönyörű szálloda, hatalmas szobák, nagyon kényelmes volt az ágy is. A szállodában több étterem is található, mi az olasz éttermet nagyon ajánlom, nagyon finom ételek, nagyon kedves kiszolgálók. A strand is csodálatos, sznorkeleztünk és nagyon szép halakat és korallt láttunk. A takarítószemélyzet is nagyon kedves volt, mindennap takarított, törölközőket kicserélte, köszönjük Tarek Ahmed ❤️. A recepción külön köszönet Amir Ali shift leader-nek , aki mindig segítőkész volt és nagyon kedves is . A egész szállodában lesték minden kívánságunkat, tiszaság jellemzi. 6-an mentük és mindenki nagyon jól érezte magát, egyikünk sem kapott hasmenést , pedig mindenfélét ettünk, ittunk. Biztosan vissza fogunk még ide jönni, csak ajánlani tudom!

Don't waste your money

Food and drinks.

Very bad experience with this hotel. No parking, no WIFI, and no smoking allowed. This hotel is too expensive compared to a few activities and facilities.

Exceptional

It was a good decision to go for a family vacation to all inclusive resort such as Grand Waterworld Makadi. I love the service which they provide starting from housekeeping, dining experience, front office, activities, excursions and spa. I would like to highlight and give my appreciation to all team members who made our stay special. And big shukran to the animation team. Rooms are really big and we had so nice clothes room inside, big bathroom and terrace with amazing view. Walking area full of restaurants and shops. The only advice- buy all what u might need in advance because the Resort is 30 minutes away from the city and only taxi services. Souvenirs also better get in downtown in non touristic are. Look for a shops where prices are written down. Local food is delicious. We went few times to experience night life in the club with animation team and we really enjoyed it.

very good place and recommended

the water park is amazing. there two separate water parks based in age groups. the quality of the water park is outstanding and not like anyone. the water surfing and slides was amazing

this is one hotel out of five at the same complex. it very well designed and masterplanned. the staff are always helpful. but you need to plan for some maintenance request when you check in .. I overcame this issue since I really liked the place and facilities. the hotel has 5 different restaurants. where you can book a dinner at any one of them . the food quality is not very good but acceptable . the kebab restaurant is very good.

Actually since I arrived and I find staff very helpful starting with Amir from reception disk who is handling a huge number of people quickly and with smile passing by Mr. Mohamed who stopped me at concierge disks when I was looking for someone to send my luggage and he give me his number and asked for mine and he directly send my luggage to my room and asked me to contact him anytime for any inquiries or concerns. They do have a huge number of different restaurants cuisines to choose from and I would highly recommend Fino restaurant for breakfast specially for its breathtaking sea view and sunny weather.

Good hotel with great infra but terrible food

great AquaParc great corals and fishes just in front of the hotel beach nice rooms nice sand beach

some of the staff are very nice while others are just plain rude with customers or simply don’t seem to care at all. totally unacceptable for a self claimed 5 stars food is simply terrible … very poor quality and choice

Great experience

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is accessible for old people and wheel chair. The food in the a la carte restaurants was very good. The diving center there was amazing and the house reef was so beautiful and colorful.

Great holiday

We loved everything, the aqua park was amazing and we loved the whole place . Staff was friendly and very helpful specially Mr. Adel who’s responsible for the events . Will definitely come back again and will recommend it to our friends.

The food was good but there was not a lot of variety specially for breakfast.

The staff was so bad when they known that I’m Egyptian they trade me in very bad way and they’re not professional at all I was all inclusive and they didn’t want to give me beer 🤷‍♂️
