Great time with family despite the shortcomings of the condo. I felt cheated for the price.

The location is excellent. Did not have breakfast there but did have lunch and this was very good. The pools and remainder of the facility was nice. Beach access and security was also very good. People working there were friendly.

I stayed at Tower 1 condo 8C. Needs a total revamping. The furniture is old and deteriorating and stained. Big tear on the back of the sofa facing the beach balcony. One of the roller shades was broken and eventually it fell on the floor. We contacted the concierge who told to contact the "owner". I sent pictures via What's app and never had a reply. The lights on the middle bathroom are not working and the soap dispenser also not working. The sofa cover in the master bathroom was stained and torn.

excellent place to stay with a great location. Amenities were very good.

fantastic location and staff were very professional and friendly.

we couldn’t close or lock our bedroom door because the door frame was broken. The construction noise was loud.

lovely views, questionable value, needs some maintenance

the amazing view and large spacious layout. The furnishings were comfortable and plentiful. The manager was responsive and kind.

When you have to buy everything from garbage bags to handsoap, dishwasher soap (for a d/w that actually never worked), and air conditioning that didn’t function - it takes away when you’re paying such steep prices. Unfortunate as well that you can’t use the in-house gym (I was aware of this), but told the mall next door had a gym - this gym however did not allow drop ins and required a membership - so was not useable either. For these reasons, not likely to rebook at that price point.

Superb

Our time in the apartment was just great. It was clean, spacious and with an amazing view. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and beach were clean every day. Vane was just perfect, she literally wait for us and arrange everything perfectly. We just love it there!

Very poor

Pictures look great but they only have one pole open it’s the rest of them have been in construction since January on the other side there’s construction going on also we had no access to the gym or the sauna if you’d like to hear more I’ve got pictures to back everything I have to say and I’m pissed off

Unbeatable location and amenities; Room for improvement though.

Superb location and fantastic ocean view! Friendly staff and convenient location for having Starbucks Coffee and one of the best restaurants in town right by you. Kids absolutely loved the pool and playing at the beach. Relaxing time for adults as well.

I wish there was a jacuzzi. Lack of communication before check-in on where and how to pick up keys. Lack of communication on how to enter parking garage or making proper guidance to parking gate security to be informed of new guests. Seeing tiny bugs throughout the unit was kind of scary.. unsure if those bugs are common in the area, but I wish proper preventive steps of applying insecticide were taken on regular basis.

Awesome unit, building, view, and host!

Awesome view, nice building, and hosts were very nice. The unit itself was also amazing with huge wrap around balconies and beautiful decor/furniture!

That we could not use the gym or jacuzzi. We only found this out upon checking in.
