O kadar güzel büyük ve konforlu ki, hiç ayrılmak istemedik. Bir daha Varna’ya gelmeyi ve aynı yerde kalmayı iple çekiyor

Her şey mükemmeldi. Konumu harika, beach süper, otopark imkanı var, çok çok temiz, çok büyük, konforlu, mutfak eşyaları gayet yeterli ve de kaliteli. Lokasyon çok rahat ve kolay.Tesise yakın market var.

Balkonun yapısı deniz manzarasını çok kapatıyor. Kalın ve yüksek taş malzeme. English Tea falan gibi çay poşetleri, su olsa iyiydi. Tesis giriş saati çok geç, 15:00. Günü öldürüyor.

Vacances au bord de la mer.

L appartement était magnifique avec une vue sur la mer. Le restaurant de la résidence est très bien avec un personnel très gentil.

Un peu loin de l endroit où ça bouge.

Nice for a short visit. Far away from bars, restaurants, shops

The apartment is very nice, clean, 1 bedroom, kitchen, good size bathroom. The kitchen had everything needed, the terrace is with nice view. Dina was very nice, supportive and responsive. Self check in/out is easy and gives a lot of flexibility. The pool was ok, not overcrowded, the beach - small & has big rocks in the water.

The location of the property is far away from the night life in Golden Sands. The location of the apartment is in the upper part of the complex- 10 floors steps from the beach, pool, restaurant. There is only one restaurant nearby- always booked, a little bit overpriced.

It was so nice, we decided to stay one more night and Dina helped us to get us another apartment so quickly. Beautiful b

It was such a nice residence, clean, nice arhitecture, kind people. Loved every minute of it.

There are a lot of stairs to go down the beach, but at least you get your daily steps🤭

Great value, very clean and spacious apartment. Swimming pool had a kids section and a pool for the adults. The sea is only a few feet away from the pool.

There was shortage of sun beds at the pool, but we always found at least one vacant sun bed on the beach.

Beach spot perfect for a family getaway!

Beautiful, Ultra clean spacious and bright place, sea view with lots of natural light, gated residence. I love that the parking spot is next to the door, to the elevator - so easy to move up if you have luggage and kids etc. I didn’t go to the beach but I imagine it’s easy access. Quiet. Warm. Really enjoyed being there!

Cant say I didn’t like but I would suggest a better stocked kitchen (paper towel, kitchen cloths). Also I have a 14m old and the glass table in the living room was something to really keep an eye on at all times.

Excelent position, very close to the beach. The complex is spotless, has it's one spa area(not free) and a lot of parking spots. The apartaments are huge, ideal for families.

Awesome location & facilities!

I knew and expected to be an awesome complex, fully equiped with everything to satisfy all tastes & needs. What I didn’t expect and took me by surprise was the communication skills of their staff, the instructions received for everything I needed, the apartment fully prepped for our arrival - not just cleaned spotless, but the particular setup, already warmed up, AC already running before our arrival,,, those little things that I haven’t encounterd in many other hotels. The interaction, location & quality were top! I will revisit & recommend, no matter the seazon (especially when Danton restaurant is so close - that makes it even better if you really love food :D )

Wonderful time in La Mer

Everything was exceptional. The apartment was even better looking than in the pictures we have seen on booking. Very well equipped with beverything one might need..from coffee-maker to washing macine. The host was very prompt. The surroundings were beautiful even in January. Gorgeous view to the sea. The parking was ok and the SPA Center super too. We will return.

a great disappointment, despite the fine location - beware of this place!!!

Location was fine, with very fine views to the sea.

We booked the hotel La Mer via Booking.com and we found out, to our surprise, after having paid for everything online, that we would not be hosted in the hotel, but in a private apartment near the hotel and we would be supposed to pick up the keys from an intermediary, Dina. She was apparently ok at first, but then she became utterly unpolite and threatening in the following situation: we wanted to stay for one more day because the weather was nice, we paid for that, and then the cleaning lady interrupted the water supply in the apartment. We called Dina, we told her that there was water in the hotel, but not in the apartment (I checked it) and she told us that there was a general technical problem and asked us to leave the apartment in 1 hour and wrote very nasty messages ... When I insisted that I would call the police, her husband came to give us back the money for the extra day, but we were left utterly in the street and our vacation was totally spoiled. We could not stick to our travelling schedule that day, it was too late to go home and we had to move to another hotel, the Astoria, in the Golden Sands. Fortunately, it was off season and we could find rooms. Otherwise, I do not know what we could have done ... The people in the La Mer hotel restaurant, who also had water, were shocked when we told them about all this. It is something strange with this apartment and the intermediary dealing with it. Beware of this place if you want to avoid unpleasant surprises during your holidays. And the Booking.com should also check a bit the situation - it is not normal to book a hotel and find out after paying that you are not in the hotel you booked, but in a private apartment and it is not normal not to have water in the apartment you paid for. There were not sufficient towels either. And the cleaning and the wifi were also poor. The view was indeed very fine. That tricked us in fact ...

Nice seaside escape

Very clean and modern apartment, with all facilities and beautiful sea view. The host was very nice and we were provided with all the necessary information related to an easy check-in.

Children left unattended in the premises who made noise from time to time.

Bad attitude host, read reply

Good clean apartment great facilities available but we were not sure what we could or couldn't do. eg sunbeds and beach free or paid. . Bad start but once communication established it was ok and we felt safe and could relax in a great private complex. Lovely place and do recommend if clearer info is given. not complaining because it's a great place if comms sorted

Harrasment since review left. - no clear instructions CONFIRMED how to find and enter apartment BEFORE arrival. Reception closed. We had told host our arrival time 3 days earlier. Luckily we sneaked in gate, security spoke very little of our language but he phoned owner to find keysafe 20m from door. We strongly suggest owner has info pack in apartment and ensures renter has recieved enough info confimed to gain entry PRIOR to landing in country and to also enjoy what is or is not available whilst renting. it really was a guessing game if you don't speak bulgarian. reception was always closed

in one word: perfect

everything was perfect, the host is exceptional, kind and easy to reach, the apartment spacios, well equipped, perfect view, well cleaned, two air conditions. the complex very nice and modern, beach free and not too crowded, clean. the pools were perfect, the restaurant great and not too expensive, great food. we will surely come back!

maybe two really small things to improve: - mosquito nets on the windows - something to the bathroom windows so people cannot look inside but these didnt had any impact on our stay! just mentioning to improve above a 10 ;)

The private beach is wonderful, the infinity pool very relaxing, the restaurant has very tasty dishes and seafood. The view is very nice. The resort is very quiet and peaceful, not crowded, even in the middle of July. No music at the pool or beach, just time to truly relax.
