We were having dinner around there and drinks but honestly it wouldn’t stay

I like the fact that it was near where we wanted to be

honestly, it wasn’t as great as the pictures. We’ve stayed honestly at better places. It was just so convenient to be able to stay there in the rooms are really small. also, I went down around 3 o’clock to get something to drink and there wasn’t anyone at the service desk, but there was a sign, saying to ring a bell to get service, and there was no bell to be found and I stood out there for at least like 20 minutes or so.

Had a great one night stay with my husband. Hotel was beautiful, clean, and the bed was extra comfy.

The room was beautiful and clean. Lobby was nice and the staff was very friendly. The bed was extra comfy.

Nice hotel but shower/restroom ventilation bad

Shower water pressure very low In restroom no ventilation for odor. Was really horrible

Clean, new convenient to South Park

Convenient location; new, clean rooms and property in general. Many food options in immediate area.

Bathroom set up is odd with no doors “separating” entire bathroom from bed area; only toilet is set off with a door

The Hyatt centric is now the hotel I will look for wherever I travel to.

I had breakfast off the premises because the location was in a perfect spot. I visit a lot of the hotels in different states but my fiancé and I rated your facility, the best so far.

I have nothing negative to say about the facility at all and for me that is very surprising.

Check in person could not figure out how to use a$200 gift card , so just charged my credit card for

I will return, but will not eat lol.

The shower !! I stayed in the shower all day and night because it was so soothing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable

The breakfast is overly priced for an underwhelming meal.

Overrated based on my experience, very dark room.

Room was dark, lipstick on mirrors, mattress was collapsing on the edges, felt like we were sliding off opposite sides.

Comfy hotel, agreeable staff, and great rooftop resto.

New and comfy hotel. Rooftop restaurant has fine cocktails and relaxing dinner.

Bed doesn’t have a top sheet! The duvet was too hot to sleep under.

My stay at the Hyatt Centric

The culture of the place was very inviting.

The restroom setup was not well planned out. The vent in the toilet area did not activate once the light was cut on and the sliding door did not close all the way.

Perfect!

The staff were great!!!! The energy from the moment we pulled up was awesome! I highly respected seeing the vallet open the door for my wife every time we pulled up and always offered to help with luggage. Vallet was quick and always made sure the car was secure and locked if they had to walk away from our vehicle. The front desk staff was awesome and full of energy! The room was elegant, spacious & super clean!!! This is a 100% a hotel I will come back to for sure!

No microwavea inside the rooms are the convenience of having one to heat up food we order from the 2 restaurants on the property that we may have ordered from but didn't finish and wanting to finish it later when it's after hours
