Perfect for a short stay

The room was basic but modern, spacious and clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location is brilliant, close to the train/bus station and a short walk into the old town

It would be nice to have shampoo and shower gel rather than just generic soap

Great value for the money! It was a stay above our expectation.

It is not only best price but also great quality. It was above our expectations considering the cost. My son wowed from the first step he took into the hotel and until he got into his bed. We would consider staying in the same hotel if we visit Girona again in future.

Perfect location, Comfortable room

The location is perfect both for reaching the train/bus station as well as to the city center. The bed was comfortable. I had requested for an inner facing room and it was nice and quiet there. The room was small but I really liked that the bathroom was decent sized. There is also a locker provided in the room for storing one's valuables. They also have a place to store luggage in case you are there before the check-in time or want to store it there for some time after checking out.

Lack of a closed cupboard or drawer. A kettle would also have been nice to have.

Fantàstica estada a Girona!

Tot molt bé. Allotjament cèntric, net i amb un personal molt amable. Vam estar en una habitació quàdruple amb els nens d'allò més bé.

L'armari és una mica petit per una habitació de 4 persones.

Si hi vas una vegada, hi voldràs tornar

l´hotel està situat en el centre de la ciutat a prop del centre´comercial, la part historica i amb tota classe de transports. Es un hotel superior a la una estrella que te assignada. EL personal de neteja i de manteniment per la feina ben feta. Una neteja impecable. Cal destacar a les noies de recepció , sobretot a la directora Audrey i la Maria per la seva simpatía i eficacia per solucionar qualsevol problema. Sempre atentes a les necessitats dels clients. Un 10 per elles !

No hi ha res que ens desagradi. Tot es molt correcta.

Sólo para una noche, no para bebés, no para ir con coche

Muy buena ubicación y limpieza

Desayuno es en una cafetería a parte, es incómodo tener que salir a la calle para desayunar. Nos pusieron cuna pero las sábanas y edredón eran de cama de 1'50, no pusieron protector del colchón por higiene. El parking es uno privado en otra calle, no es cómodo para or con coche. No había ammenities, sólo jabón. No tenía nevera.

El hotel no está mal , las camas eran cómodas ,

La poca organización que tienen para priorizar , las habitaciones que se tienen que hacer primero , el 2 día de estar , nos fuimos del hotel a las 08:0e0 y regresemos a las 15:30 y vamos a la habitación a descansar , nos encontramos la habitación igual que la habiamos dejado , voy a recepción a decirle que la habitación no está hecha y me comenta que claro han tenido muchas salidas y claro primero se hacen esas habitaciones , pero señorita que me esta contando y a los que estamos ya hospedados que nos den , solo le faltó decir eso . Pero lo más irrisorio es que cuando iba a la habitación vi a la chica de la limpieza que estaba con el carro de la limpieza pero claro se ve que no tiene mucha prisa , porque está mirando el móvil y que si tengo alguna queja que bajé a recepción que ella no comprende mucho , le digo que lla he bajado y lo e comentado , vale ya la hago en 5 minutos la tienes , me boy a recepción y me siento en unas butacas que había , ay otra chica fregando y me fijo en como lo hacía , la verdad yo friego el suelo mejor , daba bandazos con la fregona y lo más curioso es que cuando le daba al suelo sacaba el mocho solo con espuma y le daba al suelo con espuma , bueno me llevé otra decepción y es que la habitación que yo habia contratado no se parecía a la que yo vi en las fotos que me da en Booking para ver la habitación , con vistas y más grande . Me dieron una con vistas a un patio donde había máquinas de aire acondicionado y la habitación tendría unos 12 m y debería haber tenido 15m . Un poco decepcionado.

Alojamiento muy recomendable. Personal, habitación y ubicación estupendos.

El personal muy antento tanto en la recepción como durante mi estancia con algunas dudas de la ciudad y el alojamiento. Como había una habitacióni superior que no estaba ocupada me la ofrecieron. La habitación estaba genial y el hotel está muy bien ubicado.

Todo fue genial. No puedo decir que hubiera algo que no me gustara.

Overall, we would recommend staying here. Great location, spotlessly clean room and friendly staff.

Great location, a few minutes walk from the station. The room was spotlessly clean, the reception staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but it would have been nice to be able to watch one english channel for half an hour or so - e.g. BBC World News. The air-con in the hotel had been switched off and we were told it would be switched on again once it got hotter outside - it was very warm and sunny outside. The room door - 103 - needed an extra push to close properly, a small adjustment needed to the door closer, which we mentioned to reception.

Calidad precio un DIEZ.

Esta muy cerca de la estación, ideal para hacer un viaje sin coche. Y además muy cerca del Casco Viejo, que en un paseito te has plantado en sus calles llenas de encanto. Muy buen precio, limpísimo, camas gigantes, estancia muy tranquila y habitación que no extraña nada de hoteles de más altas categorías. Super recomendable

Excellent small hotel, central and good value for money

Everything is good in this hotel. Central location, clean and warm room, comfortable bed, nice receptionists, fast check-in and fast check-out, coffee and juice and snacks in reception area, good restaurants and shops close by. And it's a lovely small city

Nice, clean and convenient place, I recommend it.

Location is very convenient. I found it a good price-quality deal. It was clean and simple. I needed to spend one night in Girona to catch a flight in the early morning the following day, the hotel is just few minutes from the bus/train station, so perfectly located for me. Plus the city (which is beautiful) is very close by as well.

Sheets were a little dirty, but still acceptable for me. I could have for sure asked to replace them, but I did not find it necessary.
