The space is a vibrant and eclectic large open-floor-plan studio apartment featuring foosball, darts, and arcade games! It includes two very comfortable Queen beds and a futon couch. This apartment is full of character and charm.

With two Queen beds, a pull-out sofa, and a large Queen bean bag, the third bed includes the pull-out sofa and the bean bag each easily accommodating one person.

Other things to note:
This is an old building which has been lovingly renovated one apartment at a time. It is safe, comfortable and clean but also very quirky and definitely not perfect. You would be disappointed if you expected a modern exterior. But, the apartments are newly remodeled, plush, and comfortable. It is a blast to stay here, and it is hard to find a closer room to downtown at such a reasonable price.

*Smoking is strictly prohibited (violations will result in incurring fees)
*Failure to return key upon check-out will result in a $200 replacement fee

Living in the middle of the fun, sometimes means you can hear street noises from local businesses (late night dance music) or traffic. White noise machines available in the unit to block out unwanted noise and potentially promote more restful sleep.

Space was fun especially for elementary school kids. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels provided. Great place to launch from on foot to explore downtown. I misunderstood that it was studio and believed it was a loft. So just be sure it works for you that you are all sleeping in the same space.

This place is fun! Quirky, unique, imperfect and comfy. One big room with multiple places to sleep. Great place if you’re traveling with teens or friends.

We traveled to TC for a snowy winter weekend to see family with 4 adults and our dog. This flat is industrial chic and ready for fun with big tv, foosball, and old school arcade machines. The furnishings are cool and comfy. Big bathroom. The kitchenette is perfect for snacks, take out, and heating up leftovers. The large loft like space is really easy for people and dogs. Large mat at the door, boot trays, and coat rack help keep the space dry and snow free.

Love this gem! The games were a big hit with the kids. Easy access to everything in downtown TC. Awesome host. Never grabbing a hotel when I come back to town after finding this.

Stayed here for a golf trip with some friends. The place was very clean and neatly set up. Its close to downtown which is nice if you dont want to drive everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

In town with the guys for brewery tours, have rambunctious 11 year old, a lazy dog, perfect. A pampered luxury weekend, not so much. Location is great. The place itself has a first apartment out of college vibe. The finishings are medium quality and have miles on them. For us it was fine. Would stay again but definitely not lux.

They should do a better job at telling us there are more units in the building but I agree that I SHOULD have researched it more. The room itself was beyond great, we were able to watch the game easily, and reach downtown quickly. There's a pizza place across the street and the room amenities were perfect for an overnight with a group!
