Fabulous

Excellent. Lovely staff and very beautiful hotel room. Immaculate. This is a new hotel (4 months old) the attention to detail was outstanding. We left our bags there and the staff put them in the rooms for us. The room was perfect, as was the hotel. We had the 15euro breakfast, which was lovely and plentiful ( croissants/ bread/ coffee/ oJ)

The atypical decoration of the rooms was really fun, it gives the hotel a real personality. The reception is very personal and welcoming.

The hotel is in a great location - quiet but an easy walk to the centre with bars and restaurants.

Our room on the first floor was stylish, comfortable and very spacious - and our two dogs were made very welcome. The managers were helpful and very friendly

The car park is a little way away in a multi-storey but there’s a parking space outside the hotel for unloading luggage

Gorgeous, comfortable and welcoming!

What a beautiful, comfortable hotel! We stayed at the Belle Epoch for our 10th wedding anniversary. Our room was gorgeous and so comfortable. The bed was heavenly. The decor was delightful. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. (Shout out to Mathilde, who is so kind and thoughtful!). The location is perfect. we loved the terrace for coffee or drinks. Just a wonderful experience.

Nice stay in Aix-les-bain

The hotel room is exactly same as pictured - clean, neat and spacious with nicely renovated cosy atmosphere. The bed and linen was also clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and offered a kid’s amenities, which was impressive point.

Please bear in mind that there is no elevator in this hotel. Higher floor room is very quiet and comfortable, it is worth while to overcoming this venturing moment.

Great building and rooms with nice view at the terrace

The room was very spacious, clean and well designed! The terrace for breakfast or drinks is beautiful with a great view! There was a nice cushion for our dog!

There is no elevator and during summer it’s very hot in the stairway to go up 3 floors with luggage.

Wonderful place, very highly recommended.

We love this place; it's exceptionally clean, comfortable and the rooms are a delight. The staff could not be more friendly and it is now our favourite stop-over in France. I should also add that the staff have been wonderful to us on both occasions that we have stayed here.

Interesting restoration of elegant town house in charming spa town

Centrally located on busy street with parking close by. Warm welcome and very helpful reception. Excellent breakfast Helpful advice on local restaurants Delightful room Beautiful terrace for breakfast service

While not a problem for us, a bedroom on the third floor (without lift) could be a problem for some guests. Also top floor bedroom not ideal for tall guests due to beams.

A great experience in a wonderful hotel

Everything was perfect - staff, entrance, terrace, decor, breakfast, bed linen, breakfast, location, cleanliness. I highly recommend this hotel!

There are a lot of steps. This wasn’t an issue for us but could be good to know for anyone with limited mobility.

Sadly, no lift ! The quoted breakfast at 25€ was far too expensive, However they reduced it to 10€ which was very decent
