Quaint seaside town hotel near the airport.

The proximity to the airport and to a coastal area was perfect for our long layover.

The following critique is a result of my own ignorance. The hotel is good, but they do not have 24 hour staff in fact there was no front desk staff when we checked in and we were assisted by the restaurant staff. This was only a problem when we attempted to go back to the airport at 5:30am. There was no one to call a car for us; after 30 minutes we found a cab that was dropping some folks off. Again not the properties fault but maybe some proactive information “hey this is a small town. no taxis in the morning so let’s book your car now”

Would not recommend due to the night staff not being helpful

The room was good and comfortable beds. The look of the hotel was nice with the water running through it.

The night staff was not helpful. The champagne that was advertised was not in the room. The details where not clear and we got no help from the staff on duty. The room code did not work and we had to get a key. The hotel was false advertising.

Bad

The bad review does not relate to this morning's experience. The assistant manager was on morning duty and she was very accommodating and helpful and brought me breakfast accommodating my dietary requirements, we had a very good experience. The beds were comfortable.

When we arrived there were only 2 members of staff on shift for the whole evening, one who says he is the manager. The first problem we had was with the WiFi, staying on floor 5 and it didn't work. We asked to move rooms and were told it was our problem the WiFi wasn't working and no other rooms available, after complaining and saying it worked on floor 2, we asked to be moved here, the manager said we had used the room so we couldn't move. I said we only put our bags there, so he came to inspect our room and eventually agreed to move us. Second issue was at dinner, I am vegan and they were only serving chicken and chips, I asked for just chips, they said they could not do that. I said it was very poor not to accommodate your guests needs and asked to speak to the owners. After he made a call he then agreed to serve me just chips. The shower was either very hot or very cold. We had to ask for the free champagne booked with our room, which was not champagne, but some sort of fizzy apple drink. The outdoor furniture was all covered in green dust that marked our clothing. The attitude of the manager and the other employee last night was awful, it was as though we were an inconvenience, very poor customer service. They just say behind the counter doing nothing all evening. We had a better experience in the morning with the assistant manager and she was very accommodating which shows it was possible last night. I don't expect people to serve a full vegan meal, I understand it is difficult, I only asked for chips and was denied this. I've travelled to 56 countries and never experienced anything like it.

Nice beach hotel

Very comfortable room with huge spa bath tub. Welcome drink and appetizer. Comfortable bed. Good location close to the beach.

Rooms a bit dated, a bit of a ride from the airport. Only half of the food options available despite the restaurant still open.

Disappointing

Just the look of the room.

Far away from everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this accommodation if you want to go touring 😳. Taxi couldn't locate the hotel. As soon as I walked in the lobby, in the water feature thing, which was right in front of the main entrance. Restaurant, Not much to choose from. Most staff members aren't kind. Beds on the deck. I was worried about my kids hurting themselves from the deck. I wouldn't go back to stay.

There was no stay... they did not give us a room

When we arrived they were closed and we had to sleep in the lobby.

No one was there to check us in and the automated kiosk was also not working

Clean and tidy. Great breakfast. Great location from airport

The rooms were too hot and room temperature adjustments did t cool it down.

Beds really comfortable and easy location for a goodnight rest in between flights

breakfast was good although served in two separate rooms (which was very confusing) and one of those rooms was really cold (which is not pleasant when having breakfast)

The communication with the staff was very difficult - only one receptionist out of 3 could speak a bit of english

If you want my advice, You could spend less and get something better somewhere else

The location is far away from everything. The room wasn’t clean. It’s very hard to communicate with the receptionist and most of the time they are not there or busy playing with their phones. Bed was hard and not comfortable.

Exceptional

Highly recommend this place. It was for my family trip. It's been more than 3 years since my husband and I visited Korea since Covid. My parents, myself and my husband visited this place to celebrate our family gathering and my birthday. They gave us complimentary breakfast services too which made us feel very special. The bed mattress is amazing and so comfortable. The location is awesome and very close to the beach in a walking distance..

Nice design but some issues

The bed was super comfortable, efficient aircon, close to the beach and restaurants. The hotel is nicely designed and more luxurious that it’s stars would suggest.

The rooms are very small. Double beds small, 140 cm. Tiny bathrooms, in one of the rooms the shower was fixed over the sink. Breakfast starts at 8 am, too late for early departures. Staff are clueless about ATMS around or other facilities.

Perfect

It was very clean and comfy, I loved the interior of the rooms and the bed was soooo comfy! Nothing about the hotel to complain about.

Nothing bad, maybe just the location. Better to take a taxi to or from the airport since the bus is not running frequently. But be careful, the taxi driver tried to detour and overcharge me because I'm a foreigner. He didn't realize I could argue in Korean.
