Will come back again for a “staycation”

The breakfast was great! The hotel was super clean even with the slushy sidewalks, staff was super friendly!

Location is great. Very quiet hotel. Restaurant and lounge area are very nice

Rooms in need of repair. Bathroom had water stains throughout and wall paper peeling from the walls

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN GRANDE PRAIRIE

I liked the room and welcome on TV with my name the screen.. Transportation to and from hotel. Very clean and would stay there again!

No tub and I could not operate air conditioner once I turned it back on🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Summer getaway

Great location, lovely and clean, our room was great.

Customer.Service was so much better during our last visit where staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful.- sadly was not the same this time around. Restaurant food was also disappointing. Didn't use the pool.or gym. Was a good stay but not great.

It was good but didn't meet the price fpr Trivago or Expedia.

I thought I had booked through Trivago and was expecting a reduction in rate but after left and received my email receipt I don't see a reduction in price.

very enjoyable stay

everything we enjoyed about the hotel, the games room , pool, big gym, really catered to the whole family

the only thing I didn’t like is there cable service was out for an entire day and night. so there was nothing to do in our room.

Nice rooms!

Very nice room. Modern and clean, comfortable bed. Bright lighting in the room and comfy bed.

The AC was blasting when we got in, temp in the room was 13°C, which was quite uncomfortable considering we were coming in from -20°C outside. It took a few hours to warm up. The shower door didn't work properly as it would catch on the shower base.

Great for families, would not recommend for business trip

was very clean and the bed were so comfortable

there is no bathtub in the room and the pool was too packed with kids to go in and enjoy. I would recommend having an hour in the morning and evening that is adults only

Screaming kids at the pool but not much anyone can do about that . The waitress at the restaurant wouldn’t pay attention and serve me but was serving all the gentleman’s tables
