A pet friendly motel with private entrance.

Walter makes check-in easy and always offers a cold bottle of water.

I do wish they would spend some money and refresh and renovate this motel.

Location and great with dog. Tim Hortons and McDonald's next door. It was a lovely surprise after first night that the housekeeper brought us clean towels. Thank you.

The cleanliness. Housekeeping obviously needs more time to clean properly.

Location was Ok but not in the greatest area of grande prairie

Room wasn't very clean so I went and bought supplies and cleaned it. Room was freezing but at -30 I'm sure everywhere was cold. Portable heater they gave us worked great

Bev, the front desk attendant was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, charismatic and she was pretty to top it all off

Location was great it was easy to find and right across fr the mall.

Some other renters were pretty loud all night. And there were no fans or AC in the unit.

It had a bed and a bathroom. I hope they're renovating.

It had a bed and a bathroom. Staff was helpful.

Room stank of old smoke. Fridge was warm. Room temp was 30'F when I got there. The thermostat couldn't be adjusted. Cooled the room down by keeping the door open. There was a gap around the sink so it wasn't seated in the counter. Some of the bathroom trim was missing. Stairs leading to the room door didn't feel safe.

Would never stay again

Dirty walls, no hot water in sink. One towel. We were put by the supposed working people. Well my husband was propositioned by a young lady. I guess that's the working people they meant.

Breakfast had hot sauce in the sandwich. Not everyone looked hot sauce

Location was great for our appointment ,we were late for breakfast other than that it was great room and clean

not my favourite place

exterior doors smoking rooms pet friendly nice housekeeping staff hiusekeepers went above and beyond for me

apparently they had breakfast but was never told tried calling down stairs 4 times one day to ask a question. never got a answer or a call back broken stuff in the room like side table drawer and cupboard kitchen but no dishes for in the kitchen

No breakfast available

We were put in a room for homeless and it reeked of smoke. I stayed in another motel that was cheaper, cleaner and very comfortable. This room also allowed my dog who is well trained and well behaved.
