Nothing other then location and the front desk lady

I had 0 privacy. Staff was peaking into my room while naked.

If on an EXTREMELY tight budget...

The price point, and that the front desk person gave us an "renovated" room for the same price. Ground level room.

$200 deposit required. Had to call to access the front desk, no wifi option given, room smelled like cigarette smoke, the fan/ac whistles loud, no windows to open, old towels in the bathroom, and the picture description not accurate.

Quiet, comfortable and very well priced!

The room was quiet even though it is on a major thoroughfare. Looks like renovations are going on so the rooms should be even nicer in future stays. I will book again next time I stay in the city.

Managers were great, cleaning staff were commendable

N/A no breakie available. Towels changed when required regularly.

The front desk lady was too tough and not helpful at all in terms of the payment method. She refused to accept the payment by debt card for the cost of the 2 nights that I booked for. She is lacking customer service

Not impressed

Check-in is advertised for 3pm....show up at 309pm... was told our room isn't ready, on weekends housekeeping starts at 3pm, we could wait a hour or cancel our reservation. Apparently, absolutely no other rooms in the inn available!?!?!? After driving 5 hours and having to get ready ASAP for an important commitment... absolute last thing I want to hear! Forced to find somewhere else that cost us more 😒

Great stay, clean and comfortable rooms in an older motel.

The room was very clean. And they did an excellent clean while we were there

The motel is older. It needs a little more love to bring it up to par. The damage deposit was a bit of a shock.

Decent, couldn’t get help with the tv or the heat after 9 so was cold

It was standard and decent price for what it offered, decent bed, had the things you would need

In this particualr room there was hardly any heat, it was very cold, but the blankets were very warm while underneath, no light when I walked in and when using the first switch nothing happened as one lamp wasnt working, luckily the other ones were, the TV was stuck on hdmi 3 and i could not figure out how to get to channel mode (tried everything, I’m not tech stupid)

it was very unpleasant

the room was ice cold. I don’t think the heater worked at all. the room was not clean and smelled like old cigarette smoke. the stairs were icy and I slipped and cut my lip open. it was not a good experience at all
