About this apartment rental
A third floor ocean front beach condo at Topsail Reef in the point, offering an unobstructed spectacular view of the ocean!
A rare experience on a barrier island, on a ribbon of sand. At low tide you have a beautiful secluded beach to enjoy the water and sand, or look for sharks teeth and shells! At high tide, sit on the balcony, watch for dolphins, or relax and read a book while listening to the the waves and sea gulls!
The tastefully decorated condo has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable!
Our Oceanfront condo is on the third floor, so there are a total of 38 steps to consider. Beach access is on the first floor.
The Beach condo will be prepared for your getaway to begin as soon as you walk in! The bed will be made, towels laid out, the kitchen pantry will be stocked, we have a Keurig with K-cups, everything is there if you want to cook. We have beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards on the balcony for you to use as well.
Check in and check outs are easy! We will give you a code to unlock the lockbox with the keys to the condo. Parking pass will be in the condo for you to display on your rear view mirror. At the end of your stay just return the keys and parking pass, put the wet towels in the bathtub and we will take care of the rest!

What a lovely, quiet and peaceful vacation. If there is a way to stay any closer to the ocean, I would like to see it. We had an amazing time this past week, and the north end of Topsail Island is hands down one of my favorites now! Thank you again, for a wonderful vacation!

The property description and pictures were very accurate. Host was amazing with communication and went above and beyond in insuring we were comfortable through so many extra amenities. Seriously, we only had to bring our clothes and dinner. The place was very quiet and permanent residents were all friendly. Like others said, you only get about 6 hours of beach time in front of the place but can easily walk to another location. Very relaxing and peaceful.

It was perfect for two people. We enjoyed it and the ocean was right there. Sad that the beach front is being washed away. You can walk a little ways and have more sand though. I loved it there.

Firstly, the host was very accommodating! Left snacks, small breakfast, and essential toiletries for us. The rental was fully equipped and perfect for just two people.
The beach in front of the condo is not accessible at high tide but that’s ok, because you can access the beach with a small walk OR you can sit on the balcony and watch the waves hit right under.

This is our third time at this gem on North Topsail Beach and we mean right on the beach. Sharon and her family have created an amazing get-away at this one bedroom / one bath condo. It is always very clean and anything you want is supplied by this super host.

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and the host never disappoints! book this place with confidence, Sharon treats her guests like family; we feel totally at home and everything we need is ready and available; another 5 star rating and we’d definitely give her more stars, if it was possible!

The location on the beach is lovely and being so far north means you are away from the crowds of the access points closer to Surf City. The space is stocked with all needs including towels, spices, and bathroom supplies.
The space is cooled by two freestanding air conditioners that do a pretty good job but may be overwhelming to anyone with sensitivity to noise.
We had to leave one day earlier than anticipated. It was greatly appreciated that there was not a list of tasks associated with checking out so that we could be on our way on short notice!

You can not get any closer to the beach! The property owner responds quickly and is extremely helpful. She has went above and beyond with stocking this property! Chances are if you forgot to bring it, it doesn't matter, she has thought of it and made it available. The steps could be a slight challenge for some. Besides that, it's wonderful. We found this to be the perfect place to get away for some much needed R&R and couple time. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I had the most relaxing vacation at Sharon's place. We loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean. We have never stayed anywhere that included all of the extra things that you might need! Sharon also texted with us during our stay to answer questions and suggest restaurants. We also loved the check out process because there wasn't a long list of things to do, and checking in was very easy. We definitely want to return!

We had such and amazing time at this cute, clean and well appointed condo. The views alone are worth the stay. It almost feels like your on the ocean. The condo was so clean and well stocked. We had a family emergency and had to delay our trip by a day and the owner graciously offer us to stay extra time. We stayed one day extra and it made the trip. We highly recommend this rental for anyone that truly wants an amazing experience.

The property is in an absolute perfect location. Family friendly area, very quiet and beautiful beach.
Condo was as advertised, clean, comfortable, well stocked & an amazing view of the ocean.
I have rented at several places using VRBO but have never had a owner/host like Sharon. From the 1st request she responded so quickly mostly in just a couple minutes. Everything was spot on, honest and the condo was loaded with anything you could need. If you forgot something it is probably there. We could tell she pours her heart and soul into this place and it shows. You can NOT go wrong renting from her at this condo.

Excellent Vacation
The hostess was fabulous. She accommodated us in every way. The view was amazing. We enjoyed dinner in the breezeway one night and it was Perfect with the ocean breeze. The condo was clean and was perfect for the two of us. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

Perfect Relaxing Beach Getaway
I was looking for a relaxing beach getaway, and I got it. I told the owner that showing up at this condo was like showing up at my sister's house, where everything is perfect and anything you might need has been anticipated. That is what set the property apart from other places I have stayed--the little touches. Coffee, a variety of creamers/sugars, snacks, an umbrella, bags for collecting shells, all the things you might need in the kitchen, toiletries and on and on. Fortunately I did not need the umbrella, but there was a level of care that made it feel like visiting the home of friends or family, not a soulless vacation rental. A couple days ahead of my stay, the owner contacted me about a construction project going on with the building that might negatively affect my stay. She went above and beyond to "make it right". I loved every minute of my time in this cozy home on the beach.

First time at North Topsail
First off, the property owner is a complete angel and made my family's trip the best! This location is perfect for a small family or a couples trip. During high tide the immediate beach isn't accessible but during low tide it's exceptionable. Thank you Sharon for being you and making this is an amazing trip:)

Perfect Stay!
This was our second stay here & everything from my first review stands and then some. 1) they read the reviews & this time there was a tv capable of Netflix, Hulu etc (use your own log in). 2) we went on a motorcycle. There is literally everything you need either there or at the local Food Lion. Sharon even had breakfast stuff in the fridge (eggs don't travel well long distance lol) so we could nap before grocery shopping. Even a week before Memorial Day, the beach wasn't crowded & the building was quiet. Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!
I cannot even express how wonderful Sharon and her family are!! Our stay was ABSOLUTELY perfect from beginning to end!!! From making our reservation until we left this morning has been nothing but relaxation!!! These property owners goes above and beyond any and all of our expectations!! SO friendly just amazing hosts!!! You cannot get closer to the beach and I did catch a glimpse of some dolphins!!! Do not hesitate to rent this little getaway.. you will not be disappointed and I know for sure ... I'll want to stay in this little cozy piece of heaven on the beach!!! We loved our 5-night stay at this beautiful cozy little getaway. Sharon is a lovely host and thought of every detail in terms of amenities that she provided for her guests. Our favorite aspect was the unobstructed views we got when chilling on the balcony and catching the sunrise each day. The oceanfront location is so worth it and everything from our check in to check out was a breeze. All the thoughtful details and welcoming amenities made it a truly unforgettable experience for us. We will come back!

Our dream come true!
Everything was perfect from the second we walked in. They provide all that you could need & then some. The host was very quick to respond - even when we just needed local suggestions - on top of that, She's just AWESOME! Because you are at the top & front to the building, you have an unobstructed view of the ocean, sunrises, dolphins, shrimp boats & even a few military air craft! The balcony was my favorite hang out (besides the beach of course) We were stationed at Lejeune in the 80's and spent alot of time on Topsail. This brought back so many memories. The only negative that I have is that we had to leave!

The place was fantastic. The view of the ocean 🌊 was great. The place was very clean, and well lighted. It was very quiet, not a lot of noise around you, the neighborhood was great. Not to far away from places to eat. We appreciate the snacks and the extra towels. Only thing that would be better is a Tv with apps like Netflix so we can watch movies at night other than the cable channels, Overall great stay.

Best experience ever, in Topsail!
We've been vacationing in Topsail for years and this is the best place we've ever stayed! the location and view are the best, right on the beach sand! the place is spotless, super clean and comfortable! you won't need to bring anything, except your personal clothes as the owner will provide everything you need, but we mean, everything, from toiletry to beach chairs and towels; the best part? the owner won't treat you just like a business, but really like a family member is coming to visit; we had the best experience ever in Topsail and we can't recommend this place enough!
