This Trailhead unit has a wonderful view off the back deck of the Winter Park Ski Resort and downtown area of Winter Park a great place to drink morning coffee.
Small families can take advantage of this three bedroom condo with extra bedding and a modern feel. The gourmet full kitchen is open to the living area which includes TV, gas fireplace and the private balcony.
Bedding: King in master, Queen and twin day bed in second, twin bunks – 2 twins and futon in third bedroom.
Amenities in unit: Upgraded flat screen TVs, gas fireplace, private patio with outdoor dining furniture and elevator access. NO AIR CONDITIONING
PARKING: 2 permitted spots only.
Conveniently located next to the Rendezvous Event Center and a short walk from all the music, food, and fitness events that travel to the valley during the summer months. During the Winter season Rendezvous Event Center converts into a sledding hill fit for all ages. Located on the winter shuttle route this property is the ultimate ski retreat for a couple or small family.
Clubhouse amenities located on site which include outdoor grilling area, game room, work out room hot tub and outdoor pool at the Trailhead Lodge clubhouse year round.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. When we arrive at the condos. We are surprised right away that the unit said 3 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom was a closet with bunkbeds. The door was a barn door and when we opened it, the door almost fell on our friends head. We tried to make the best of it. The next day the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd level. The elevator was broken the the duration of our stay. My husband uses a cain and was hobbling down and up the stairs. He missed the concert all together on Sunday because he could not do it anymore. We called after we came back because I did not want to spend hours on the phone with this issue, to see how we can be compensated because he missed the show and they response was we should have called when we were there. When we were at the condo, there was other people complaining and it did not change a thing because the elevator was still broken.

location. incredible. property. amazing. but hope you don't have to work w/ the property manager for anything. It took over 24 hours to get a response about a non-functioning wifi and even after that it still didn't work. we selected the property for location first, knowing we were working while our son was skiiing. we had to use our personal hotspots to get things done. So don't plan on wifi functionality.

The condo was perfect for our short stay. There is a nice washer and dryer and the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans to use when cooking. The only annoyance was that there was a lot of the owners personal things in closet and under beds. The bunk room offered no where to put your things. Other than that, it was great!

We originally booked a a place with a hot tub that broke and they were able to quickly put us in a comparable place with a working hot tub

The WIFI only worked 20% of the time, which was a huge bummer. We had one person trying to work remotely who couldn't (had to go to the library one day). We had another person trying to take an online college final who had to go to the busy chaotic clubhouse to do it. There is VERY loud construction next door SEVEN days a week from 6am to 6pm--100% of the time, no waxing and waning. They are building a whole other set of condos so don't expect this to end anytime soon. This was EXTREMELY disruptive. Supply of paper products (TP and facial tissue) was way too low for a 7-day stay. The place is nice and very clean, but the lack of internet access and constant construction noise pretty much ruined it for us.

Convenient and roomy
We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very convenient to everything including the festival.
The only issue was the internet connection, it took a while to boot and turn on, Otherwise it was great!!!

Great condo a short walk from the ski bus
We really enjoyed staying at the property while we skied at Winter Park. The ski bus stop was only a block away and made it easy getting to and from the resort each day. We had 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The community also had a nice heated pool and hot tub, which we used after skiing each day. The only drawback is that there were no TVs in two of the bedrooms, but at least the bunk room has its own TV. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Winter Park

Ideal for all ages
The condo was very comfortable. The “kid cave” with the bunk beds was a big hit with the pre-teens! The adults were very pleased with the quality and quantity of cooking utensils available for our use. And the dining table with great seating capacity allowed our families from two condos to eat together. Happiness all around!

Overall good but some problems.
First of all the listing says there is 3 bathrooms and that isn't true. Along with that the freezer door handle was broken, the microwave vent was missing, and there was dog hair everywhere. Overall it was a nice place but there were some issues.

The fridge handles, microwave handles, microwave vent guard where broken off and multiple lights in the whole house where dead. There are better homes to stay in.

Great Location
We went with family and friends (8 adults) The condo was PERFECT! Clean and spacious! Loved the lay out and the HUGE kitchen table was perfect for us all to play cards! Great location too. Within walking distance of many great restaurants and brew houses. Will book again for sure!

Great location and clean and modern accommodations. Only concern we had was that this was listed as a 3 bedroom unit. However, the "bedroom" with the bunk beds probably would not qualify as a bedroom to most reasonable people. We still enjoyed our stay and loved Winter Park. Overall, we would very much recommend this property to anyone looking for a 2-bedroom condo (with extra beds) near WP.

Great place and location
The place was great and location was amazing. Only thing we were bummed about is hot tub and pool not open due to COVID. We asked before we booked and they said it was open. We know it is crazy times though so still is a great place to stay!

This was the perfect fit for our group of 6. The patio is awesome with gorgeous views towards the south or northeast side! The condo is extremely convenient and within walking distance to many restaurants & shops.
The beds in the bedrooms are very comfy as well as the top bunks in the "Bunk room". (As I was informed by my 11yr old.... lol)
The condo is a beautiful home with a lot of natural wood furnishings bringing the mountain feeling indoors.
We are already looking forward to planning another trip sometime this winter.
I wouldn't recommend having more than 6 adult size people, I've a feeling the living space would be a bit overwhelming.
Other than that, I highly suggest renting this home. Hopefully the elevator will be repaired before our return!

Everything about this condo was wonderful! Great location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Our kids loved being right across the street from the park.

Winter Park Getaway
This property was absolutely amazing for our family of 5! It was super convenient to Winter Park (we walked everywhere) and had views for days. Everything in the description was spot on! The property was clean, beautifully appointed, and had everything that one could possibly need while on vacation. It really was a home away from home. We are already planning our next trip back to Winter Park!

Perfect condo and kid friendly
Could not find a better place to stay - beatiful place at a perfect location. Great landlord who promtly responded to my questions right away. Bunk room is a great enhancement. Our friends 4 year old daughter loves the idea that she has her own room. The massage chair is the biggest bonus. WOW!!! Totally recommend this place and we'll be back again.

One of the best
This is one of the nicest properties I've ever stayed at in terms of overall experience. The owners are extremely easy to communicate with and everything is set up so nicely in the unit.
I don't typically write reviews, but this property really is exceptional. The location makes everything very easy to get to. It's a quick <5 minute walk to get to the bus stop for the resort and plenty of shopping and eating options.
Inside, everything is very nicely set up. Beds are very comfortable and there is plenty of room with 5 separate beds. Everything inside is new and updated. The coffee nook is a nice touch!
We'll definitely be looking for availability here the next time we visit Winter Park.
