A modern interior designed family home, that exudes fresh vibes (an upmarket surfers delight), that effortlessly combines a laid back Noosa lifestyle, stylish colour palette & fantastic layout.
The home makes the most of all aspects with a gorgeous front entrance reminiscent of a Queenslander with central stairs leading up to a sweeping veranda with stacking doors that open to a stunning deck. All overlooking the family swimming pool and enjoying a large built in BBQ and al fresco dining space.
The rear of the home has a lovely sun drenched wide grassed backyard and backs on to the Noosa National Park.
Set over 2 levels, Lola offers the full Noosa experience on arrival and is surrounded by amazing tropical gardens & fully secured by electric front gates.
Lola enjoys most of her entertaining at the front of the property where the peaceful & open sunny pool area is located and complemented by a gorgeous Pandanas Tree – quintessential Noosa.
Upon entry to the home, you will be met by a stunning self-closing pivot door leading into a light-filled spacious open plan living, dining, lounge and kitchen area.
The lounge room contains a comfortable L shaped couch and enjoys Bose surround sound system, kids board games and large Smart TV.
The kitchen features stunning ‘duck egg grey’ 2PAC cabinetry with on-trend leather handles, Miele appliances, quality finishes, stone bench top and huge adjacent dining space and is perfect for entertaining.
With incredible pendant lighting throughout – an artistic journey into ceramics, interiors and style complemented by designer timber parquetry flooring, coastal inspired VJ boards, lots of customised cabinetry & loads of glass louvres providing beautiful cross breezes.
This well-appointed home has ducted air conditioning upstairs and 1 x split system downstairs and features 5 large bedrooms (3 on ground level & 2 on lower level) – sleeps 12 in total.
The Master Bedroom has its own ensuite with double headed shower and there are 2 more additional large bathrooms (one on each level) in addition to a powder room off the main foyer entrance – all with exquisite brushed brass tapware. 3 of the bedrooms have their own private decks.
The downstairs living area boasts a very cool concrete floor and overlooks the Moroccan tiled pool area. This level also included a study nook for those working from home and a very spacious laundry with Miele appliances and heaps of room to spread out with convenient external access. The private remote controlled garage can be accessed from this level and is a great place to store the surfboard, a few cars or even scooters.

Only a 2 minute to Noosa National Park & Little Cove Beach, or a quick 7 minute stroll down the boardwalk to Main Beach and Hastings Street, this property is perfect for surfing families, beach loving families or weekends away to escape a fast paced life back home.
