About this house rental

Our home at 165 West Flamingo is 1/4 mile from the public beach access near JW Marriott. It's a quick walk to the best part of Marco's beautiful crescent beach. We provide beach cart , beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for the beach.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home features a bright white kitchen, vaulted ceilings, tile floors throughout the house, and open concept living room and dinning room. The master bedroom has a king bed, attached bath, and access to the to the lanai. The guest bedrooms share a bath and have a queen bed and twin beds. Three sliding glass doors lead to the screen enclosed lanai with heated salt water pool and spa, lounge chairs, and gas grill. High Speed Wireless Internet is included.

Everything was just as listed with no disappointments or surprises. The pool was well maintained, and the home was nicely appointed inside and out. The 5-minute walk to the beach was quick and easy, and there were plenty of beach chairs (and more) and a cart to get them there. The neighborhood was quiet and a perfect place for the family. The most difficult part of the stay was deciding whether to go to the beach or stay in the pool. Linens and towels were adequate, and while a few more wash cloths would have been better, we really appreciated the plethora of beach towels. The host was quick to respond to my pre-arrival questions, and we found no need to contact the host during our stay, Everyone in our family had a wonderful stay and would recommend this property. We have rented houses in a variability of places over many years. This was by far the best house we have rented. Five minutes from the door to the sand. Plenty of water toys for the pool and beach gear. Each time we returned from the beach we washed everything so it was ready to go the next time. It was very quiet especially early in the morning. Because of most rental rules and probably costs, there is not a huge crowd of unruly student spring breakers. The beach is so huge that it never seemed crowded. We are already planning to return to this property. Hopefully

The house was exactly as advertised. The communication with the owner was very excellent and check in was easy. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The pool and hot tub were great. The walk to the beach was quick and the chairs, towels, and umbrella provided by the owner worked great. We enjoyed some meals out, but also cooked some meals in the kitchen that had everything we needed.

We had a delightful stay and enjoyed the neighborhood and ease to travel to the beach. We used beach chairs the owners had provided and appreciated the kitchen that had everything we needed to make our meals. The home was clean and nicely decorated and allowed us to enjoy our stay, play cards and enjoy the various restaurants in the area.

We had three couple stay at the house and we had a great time. The house is well appointed; the swimming deck and outdoor furniture are great - we used these almost non-stop. The magnificent Tigertail beach is a 5 minute walk and the beach chairs, wagon and toys were excellent. We love this area. You can walk to the beach, hotels, restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The beach towels were nice.

We enjoyed staying at this place, close to the beach, had everything we needed available in the house, swimming pool was clean with jacuzzi and a clean house. Would recommend and would stay at the same location again.

We had a great time at this property. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this house is well worth the stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked a few meals at home and the pots and lans were in great shape and there plenty of other items to get the job done. There were even some spices, cooking spray, condiments- that are often thrown out at other places. The house was very clean upon arrival and less than 5 minutes to the grocery. I preordered groceries and we just unloaded the car and then went back and grabbed them- perfect! Beach wagon/chairs/umbrella/cooler were super nice to have! We also loved being able to park in the garage! The only “improvements” I could think of would be: pillows- master pillows were pretty flat. I could only find 3-4 washcloths anywhere in the house and there wasn’t a dishrag for the kitchen, and leaving a few extra trash bags. Other than a few minor things like that- this house was beyond perfect! Great pool, plenty of supplies and extras! It is much more beautiful in person than in the pictures!

My family and I loved our stay at this property. The house is modern, immaculate and literally a 5 minute walk to the public beach. The pool and lanai are clean, private and relaxing (lots of pool toys and beach supplies too). The kitchen is very well stocked with gorgeous counters, modern appliances, and plenty of room for a chef or two. The bathrooms are just as gorgeous as the kitchen with tons of towels. Shout out to the owner for the attention to detail and for making our vacation so easy!

The house was clean, nicely updated, and well-appointed. We especially loved the pool/spa and covered lanai. The beach wagon, chairs and umbrella were all in good condition and made our beach trips very easy and comfortable. The house was in a quiet location and the walk to the beach access was quick. The host was very responsive to all communications. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean and spacious!! Everything we needed was included with this property. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, along with a cart to take them in. This will not be my last time staying here. Highly recommend!!

This home was the perfect beach retreat! Just a five minute walk to Marco’s wonderful beaches, coupled with a lovely home is just perfect! The pool and jacuzzi topped the day off to make this vacation one to remember. There were no issues with check in or anything else, all was smooth and easy!

This is an updated modern home in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a beautiful beach. We had two small children in our group and the house was very family friendly with included pack-n-play and high chair and smart TV that we could login to Netflix/Apple TV for them to watch their favorite shows. Our 4 year old spent hours a day in the pool. It was easy to take them to the beach in the included wagon and the beach was good for kids with plenty of shallow water and waves that were not too big. We had a question about booking a fishing charter and the homeowner was quick to respond with a great recommendation. We would definitely recommend this rental!

We loved this home! Perfect location for walking everywhere including restaurants and beach. We were there for 6 weeks, working remotely most of the time, but had a few guests join us for fun and relaxation. It was recently nicely renovated and appointed with everything we needed. Loved the pool and spa. Owners were very responsive to the few questions we had.
