West Border Farm is a wonderful, large detached house resting in Seaville, near Abbeytown, Cumbria. Hosting eight bedrooms all with TVs, including three on the second floor comprising a family room sleeping 4 and two doubles with en-suite shower rooms, and five bedrooms on the first floor including four doubles with en-suite shower rooms and a family room with a super-king-size and a single, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to 19 guests. There is also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, games room and a snug. Outside there is a large barn with a hot tub and bar, as well as lawn and outdoor seating and picnic benches, with off-road parking too. West Border Farm is a fabulous destination to bring your loved ones on a rural retreat to Cumbria.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Range cooker with gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. 11 x TVs, WiFi, games and entertainment room with selection of games, books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available. Ample off-road parking. Garden with lawn, seating, children’s climbing frame and barn with hot tub and bar together with an undercover outdoor kitchen comprising gas BBQ, gas pizza oven and fridge. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2.8 miles
