There’s some good things and bad things in everything but i liked it

Good ubication,safe,and very good equipped. I did like the appartmenta in general that provide so many things for your stay. And it was nearly so many area activities and adventures to explore in Aruba.

I miss the facilities to wash the towels,etc. I didn’t see the wasmachine. Also i would of prefer extra bags to put trash,especially for people that are visiting for a short period.

De complicaciones a comodidad

Los espacios muy bien distribuidos y un apartamento confortable.

Días atrás, había informado que llegaría antes de las 4 pm y pregunté si era posible recibir el apartamento, me dijeron que sí. Cuando llegué, no había nadie de la administración, y la comunicación fue difícil. Luego, me dirigí a otro lugar donde estaba la oficina, allí me dijeron que debía esperar hasta las 4 pm y me ofrecieron guardar el equipaje. Decidí dejarlo en el carro y esperar hasta la hora indicada. A las 4 pm, fui al apartamento, me entregaron uno que no era el que había reservado. Tuve que esperar con mi familia alrededor de 40 minutos para que hicieran la limpieza. Cuando finalmente lo entregaron, el piso estaba mojado porque habían trapeado, el baño estaba bastante sucio y parte de la cocina también. Incluso dejaron la basura y alimentos de huéspedes anteriores. Al principio, no fue una buena experiencia, pero con mi familia decidimos organizar, limpiar y desinfectar algunas partes.

Was not comfortable

Place was nice bo TV was not working also we slept the whole Knight with out AC same was damage was not working properly

Goede locatie

Al het andere was matig. Er liepen kakkerlakken en er lag een dode kakkerlak in de douche. Dit aangegeven en er werd geen excuses aangeboden, dit vind ik het minste wat je kan doen. Verder is de kamer nul keer schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf, ook geen nieuwe handdoeken gegeven, pas toen wij dit vroegen is dit op onze laatste dag vervangen. Wij hebben de host niet gezien, hij heeft ons niet ontvangen noch geholpen. Ook voelde de spullen in de keuken niet schoon aan en kan je je koffer niet achterlaten. De plek waar je je koffers kan laten is een uur lopen van het appartement. Al met al een matig verblijf.

Great stay as always

My 3rd time staying here. Love everything about it. Location is great, 15 min walk to the beach , 3-5 min walk to little grocery store. Apartment it self is very spacious, clean. There is a brand new pool to cool of in the evening. Management is very nice.friendly and caring. Will stay there again for sure

Superb

Service. The electricity went out one morning. Staff was there in 30 minutes replacing 2 fuses. Also, good communication thru Booking.com app the next day checking with me that everything is satisfactory: good follow up. I also requested a move upon arrival to a one story unit so as not to climb stairs. The second day, they made Unit 5 available. They are very accomodating. Aircon was great with 2 units and fully furnished kitchen allowing easy cooking. Location was close to the northern beaches and it was safe.

Excellently equipped apartment

The apartment was large, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and a balcony overlooking the street. Everything absolutely clean. We were also pleased with the room service. Palm beach about 15 minutes walk. Everything was perfect, I definitely recommend it.

spend a little more to get better comfort.

nice layout, with two levels. location is good for access to locations in Noord.

3 large cockroaches inside. lack of toilet paper. no towel turnover and only two bath towels for two people in 8 days is not normal. water from the A/C units pool into the tile in front of our front door. downstairs A/C unit not functional so it was sweltering inside. uncomfortable bed. shower water not even warm. next door guests in apartment 4 were loud well into the 02:00 hour, and up again at 06:00 hours throughout our stay. construction across the way begins at 06:30. car alarms all through the night. honestly, the worst stay we’ve had through booking.com. this proprietor should be delisted from the site. it was not a peaceful or restful place for us. for a vacation rental, look elsewhere.
