Ideal location in the core of Mountain Village for any Telluride /Mountain Village vacation year round. This beautifully decorated luxury 2 bed/2 bath condo has the best ski-in/ski-out location regardless of your skill level in Mountain Village. All new furnishings and appliances. Located in the center of all activities regardless of the season. Located at the top of lift one, step out the door, put your skis on and go. In the summertime spend your evenings on the balcony overlooking Sunset Plaza and enjoy the weekly summer concert series. With only a short walk, you can access the free Gondola to the the town of Telluride or head to the market to grab groceries. Modern mountain décor welcomes you with a large picture window that looks slope-side towards Palmyra Peak. Inside you have an open concept kitchen, dining, living area with split bedroom floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Dining table has seating for six, and the living room allows you to relax with a Smart TV and gas-powered fireplace. Spend your time on the balcony enjoying the gondolas quietly gliding by. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with king beds and Smart TV’s. My family of 4 have stayed in this building several times but this was our first time staying in this unit. We knew it was a wonderful location but Kimber, the owner, is amazing! She is incredibly accommodating and responsive. The unit is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. It was just right for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome location, very close to the Gondola station. Kimber was a wonderful host - clear check-in instructions, quick/responsive communication during our stay, and truly made us feel welcome in her home. The kitchen is well stocked and the condo is very clean. The furnishings are new and the beds are super comfy! We’ve made many trips to Telluride and this was one of our favorite stays. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Mountain Village! The condo was perfectly located, so comfortable & easy to stay in! Our family truly enjoyed a great vacation. We had friends staying in a hotel & there was room for them to join us for lunch or in between ski runs! Kimber was an excellent communicator & any questions I had she answered very quickly & did not make us feel intrusive. I cannot wait to return!

Our family really enjoyed this property in Mountain Village. Kimber made the check in process easy and was always just a phone call or text away. The condo was super spacious, stylish and clean. We very much felt like it was a home away from home. The location was great, everything was pretty much right outside the condo, including the gondolas. The only thing negative thing about our stay was a couple of loud customers at the pub next door. Luckily they owners provided a nice little sound machine and that did the trick. Overall it was a great property for the price!

This condo could not have been more perfect - location is fabulous!! Kimber was a great host - answered all my questions promptly & gave me some great info on the area . The condo has all the amenities you would want , sleep machine was the best ! We didn’t move our car our entire stay. The gondola gives you access to everything so easily . We rented mountain bikes from the store on the first floor of our building & rented bikes to ride in town at bike store in Telluride ag the bottom of the gondola . We had wonderful meals at the Italian & Thai restaurants in Mountain village.
We hope to visit again & stay here !

Everything about this place feels clean and new. The bathrooms are immaculate. The bathroom floor and shower tile seems brand new and the furniture in the house including the beds also seem new.
I must mention the steam shower and jacuzzi tub in the master. The steam shower is like a sauna, but also a shower at the same time, so you can steam it up with temperature control, but also run cool water from the shower head at the same time. What a combination!
Not sure about the square footage of the condo, but the space feels roomy with generous sized bedrooms and two full sized bathrooms. I’m sure a group or family of 6 would be very comfortable staying here.
The balcony is quite big, with a full cover and very nice patio furniture and great BBQ. The view is amazing, overlooking the village square with the mountains in the backdrop. It felt like we were in a ski village in the Swiss alps.
This place has all the amenities you would need. Full kitchen with high end gas stove and fully stocked kitchenware. Plenty of power outlets and USB charging ports. An Alexa speaker to play music or ask questions like “what’s the weather”. Cable TV with Roku. We were able to log into our own Netflix account. I believe Hulu was also available as well. There’s even a washer and dryer inside the condo.
No stair climbing. The elevator takes you from the parking garage to the condo.
As far as location goes, I don’t think it can be beat. There are endless things to do in the summer. Right out the front door.
So many hiking and mountain biking trails of all levels. Many restaurants and pubs to choose from. Everything from casual to high end dining. The free gondola, which is just steps away is so convenient. It takes you right in to the heart of town (Telluride) in one direction, or to a great grocery store in the opposite direction. Runs until late night. Bicycle, paddle board, jeep rentals just downstairs.
All in all, our impression was, it feels like a luxury home and not a place made just for renting. We didn’t miss home because this place is like a home.
We were very happy staying here and I would definitely recommend it. We plan to be return customers. Hopefully for ski season. The only thing we didn’t like about this place is, it’s not ours. :-)

Wonderful stay in Telluride
We returned yesterday after a week at this property in Telluride/Mountain Village. The location could not be better. You are in walking distance to everything that you need including the gondola which takes you to town. Kimber was always helpful if we had a question from start to finish. We had five of us (my wife and I, as well as my three kids ages 19, 17, and 15). Every was very pleased. I cannot recommend this true ski in/ski out enough. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you

Incredible location and condo!
Perfectly located in Telluride's Mountain Village, a true ski-in, ski-out, to a perfect unit for two couples. The host was excellent and very responsive, and the home was wonderfully appointed with everything we needed. We've stayed in other places in Telluride, but we will be back here!

Perfect accommodations
This was mine and my husband’s first experience to Telluride and it was truly magical! Much of that was due to the wonderful accommodations!!!
The property was perfect in every way - Location, ease of access, well equipped kitchen, cleanliness, communication with host etc.
We are already planning our annual getaway in this home.

This is the perfect location for a young family. We had our children in ski lessons and was easy to get them everywhere. The place was very clean and organized. Will be staying here again.

This is a great place to stay when skiing at Telluride. The location is just 200 yards away from a lift, and most of that is skiable, in either direction. The property is perfect for two couples, and even has two bunks if one couple has kids.

Great Experience!!
Kids loved the bunk beds! Adult beds were nice and comfy! Enough space for 4 adults and 2 small kids. We had everything we needed for a fantastic trip with our kiddos! Fun to watch the gondolas pass by! Walking distance (5min or less) to the skating rink, ski school, lifts, multiple restaurants etc. Owner was quick to respond to our questions!

Delightful Mountain Condo
This is a great place to stay when skiing at Telluride. The location is just 200 yards away from a lift, and most of that is skiable, in either direction. The property is perfect for two couples, and even has two bunks if one couple has kids.

Amazing getaway
My husband and I went to Telluride for a quick getaway. The condo is in a great location…. Short easy walk to everything. The beds were super comfy. We really enjoyed the little patio for coffee and wine. Kimber was super helpful with everything. The mountains in Telluride are the most amazing mountain range I have ever seen. I would 100 % recommend.

Our family of four enjoyed this property! It was clean and great location for our daily excursions back and forth to town. The beds were very comfortable with white, clean bedding. This location is right in the middle of music, food, and gondola! We enjoyed it very much. Kimber was super responsive with any questions. We would definitely stay again.
