Correcto

El desayuno nos gustó bastante.

Dejamos la reserva pagada por adelantado. Sin embargo, el día de la salida, cuando ya íbamos en el coche, nos llamó el dueño para decirnos que nos habíamos ido sin pagar. Un error lo puede tener cualquiera, pero la verdad que llamó sin mirar absolutamente nada, ya que cuando le dijimos que nos parecía raro que no se hubiera recibido el pago, porque yo si lo había visto cargado en mi tarjeta, fue cuando comprobó que efectivamente estaba pagado. Si lo mira antes, se ahorra la llamada y la "acusación"; una vez aclarado, no se disculpó por el malentendido, lo que hubiera sido lo correcto.

Excellent and interesting place to stay, but lack of bar staff in the evening was a dissapointment.

Historically intetesting and impressive building and location. Easy parking on site. Helpful receptionist. Well appointed comfortable room and en suite. Comfortable beds. Good food in the evening and breakfast.

One of the sliding doors in the cupboard had come off its track and couldn't be opened. In the evening there was no bar staff at all, meaning that you couldn't have a drink at, say, 8,30pm before the restaurant opened at 9pm

About Palace

We like so much this place, unusual esthetic. Excellent breakfast 👌 and fresh juice 😋.

Well, we will be happy with less price:)), but is really enjoying place.

definitely stay again 👍

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and full of Spanish character, everything was great and I would highly recommend. We arrived on 2 motorbikes and the manager opened the garage for us to park the bikes over night.

Great place to discovet the rioja. Very authentic and historic. Highly recommandable

Very small hotel located in à 16th century palace restorated and furnished with à lot of taste. Cleanliness is rallye faultless, rooms are spacious and elegantly appointed. Restaurant is very good, offering delicious spanish dishes: yummy octopus. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. Excellent stay then and some outstanding value for monétaire.

Unique palazzo with exceptional restaurant and great location

Wonderful located old Palacio with superb restaurant. Restaurant is modern/trendy and serves exceptional and classic dishes. Family owners are very helpful, kind and hard working. Really great place to stay. Its a great place as a base to explore the area. Not sure why it only qualifies for 3 stars, it's closer to 5 but without the gym or pool.

Not much. Restaurant is closed on Sunday night and Tuesday. Village is quiet, for some uneventful. But most villages in the area are.

Our 2nd visit. We were not disappointed

We liked the historical nature of the palacio. The restauraciones have been done very well. The staff were very friendly. There is free parking, always a bonus & the surrounding area very quiet.

Nice and lovely stay

The owners, very kind and helpful. The palace, fantastic, and the restaurant, very good quality. Lovely breakfast with exceptional orange juice. Price-quality exceptional. To repeat!

We were late for arrival and they were very understanding!

It was ok for one night. The rooms are old and simple. You can hear a lot of noises from the other rooms, like flushing of the toilet.. the breakfast was very simple and reduced and except the orange juice, everything tasted bad, we couldn't even eat the eggs and the supermarket bought slice of cake..
