Schöner Onsen, Fähre direkt vom Hotel zur Insel

Das Hotel bietet verschiedene Services und Annehmlichkeiten, zb gibt es eine Fähre des Hotels direkt zur Insel Miyajima - hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Auch ein Shuttle zum Bahnhof steht mehrmals täglich zur Verfügung. Der Onsen ist sauber und eine schöne Atmosphäre - wir konnten uns gut entspannen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr Asiatisch aber gut.

Nach Rückfrage bezüglich den Tattoos in den Onsen wurden wir gebeten diese zu überkleben. Entsprechende Kleber erhält man an der Rezeption. Für grossflächige Tattoos etwas mühsam, aber wir respektieren natürlich die japanische Kultur und Wünsche des Hotels. Man kann zusätzlich ein Buffet Abendessen buchen, die Auswahl war eher speziell und hat unserem eher westlichen Geschmack nicht unbedingt getroffen. Personal spricht nur teilweise English, wir konnten uns aber mehr oder weniger gut verständigen.

Very recommended hotel!!

מלון מפנק ומקסים. צוות אדיב, פינוקים אחר הצהריים, גלידות, בירות ועוד. חדר מרווח ונעים. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. מגוון גדול מאוד של מאכלים שונים, סינים ומערביים. מיקום מצויין. נוף לים מהחדר, חלון ענקי, תענוג. אינטרנט מעולה.

和のイメージにこだわり過ぎ

ビールを含む飲み物が飲み放題なのが良かった。ウェルカムアイス期待以上。

食事が事前予約で融通が効かない上、ワンパターンなので連泊したくない。

Relaxing and enjoyable

Lovely hotel with a traditional Japanese vide. Beautiful views of Miyajima. Shuttle to and from Miyajimaguchi if you time it right. Friendly staff and drinks corner is a bonus.

Stunning view of Miyajima Island!

The view from the ocean side of the hotel is absolutely beautiful overlooking Miyajima Island and the Great Torii Gate. The included onsen is gorgeous, with both indoor and outdoor pools to choose from. You also get to pick your own yukata to wear during your stay with beautiful designs! Free drinks including beer, coffee and juice as well as icecreams was a nice touch. Loved our stay!

The onsen isn’t tattoo friendly so my partner unfortunately couldn’t utilise it, hopefully in the future this may change!

Exceptional

The room was comfortable and clean. The outdoor bath was very nice, and there was free beer, lemon sours, and popsicles for afterwards.

The shuttle to the train station didn’t start running until later in the morning so I had to walk to the station after checking out. It would have been nice if there was a change machine in the laundry room or if the washing machines accepted transit cards for payment.

Great one night holiday with a super nice onsen.

It’s right across from Miyajima, so it was within walking distance from the train station. The onsen made it worth the price. The breakfast was traditional Japanese with a select few Western items like french toast and cereal.

The room was quite small, but it was only for 1 night and it was doable.

Superb

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amenities were wonderful, boat from Miyajima, shuttle from and to train station, Onsen, free drinks including beer and Chu Hai. One thing to note if you want dinner or breakfast there you have to make reservations at least 3 days before your stay.

Very poor

Took 40 minutes to find my reservation, then staff put me in the wrong room facing the mountain not the water. Had to pay to switch room after the long wait of service. Was asked for my passport explained I was a resident of JP, staff didn’t believe me, gave me a wired face because I am not JP. Asked about breakfast was told what time when going to breakfast was informed I had to make a reservation. Which was not told to me before.
