This place needs 360 review of its claim to be an hotel.

Pool and spa. Breakfast was good, well presented by a pleasant, competent woman.

Poor room amenities. No refrigerator, safe, iron or ironing board, tissues, window to the outside world. No share over pool nor poolside seating. The staff were pleasant but not apparently empowered.

Awesome experience that I would not hesitate to recommend to others, especially love the breakfast!

The breakfast has to be one of my favourite in all the hotels I’ve stayed throughout Mexico so far, I booked to stay here a second time because of the wonderful breakfast, excellent service staff, comfortable room and location (in that order).

Excellent service and location, hope for hotter showers next time

Mexican customs at the airport accidentally forgot to return me my passport after completing some paperwork. the girl at the front desk went out of her way to call them to find out about my passport. Thank you immensely, you saved me a lot of worrying, time and money. Breakfast was awesomely delicious and I wish for more of it! Location was good for sightseeing and friends recommended a very good restaurant just a block away.

The shower took quite awhile to heat up to my preferred temperature.

No safes! No security! Money missing from my room and my daughter's room!

Great value hotel steps to the plazas

Great location, full breakfast offerings, pool and jacuzzi and staff was very accommodating including arranging for my transportation from the airport to the property. I would stay here again

The shower head needs to be descaled and wash cloths would be a good addition. More an annoyance than a problem

hotel and room were clean but felt slightly shabby overall. breakfast room, pool area and hot tub area could have a lot nicer with some effort.

If you're looking for a clean, basic room and good breakfast, you'll be happy.

The location, staff and breakfast were excellent.

There was hair in the shower drain. The configuration of the toilet and shower was awkward. No elevator and I was on the third floor.

A test after a day exploring

The pool and the jacuzzi are a great idea to relax after a day of visiting the city Friendly staff and a good breakfast to get you going. Parking was close by.

The beds were really small No possibility to have windows open without passers peering into the room.

Jewel in historic center

Gracious and efficient front desk, beautiful lobby and common areas, delicious full breakfast with many choices, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great location close to everything in Centro Historico. Free parking just 2 blocks away.

The door to our room was very difficult to open.

Loved the stay and would stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is charming, clean and in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The breakfast was exceptional and the use of the pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake.

The only thing I had a problem with was the plastic mattress pads on the beds. They make you sweat when you are sleeping.

Excellent, quiet hotel with heated pool and delicious made to order breakfast.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. They made excellent recommendations for restaurants and transport to the airport. When they learned that I would miss breakfast they prepare some food for my trip. In addition to a wonderful staff, I loved the warm swimming pool. The hotel is attractive, clean, has an excellent staff and in a great location. It is in easy walking distance to some great restaurants, 5 de Mayo street and several squares with good restaurants and a large park.
