Ik had geboekt voor één 2 personnes en één bed voor één persoon en heb maar in de kamer in 2 persoonsbewijs gekregen. Ik heb wel een kamer geboekt voor 3 personen. Dus dat was niet oké. Ook GEEN faciliteiten op de kamer zoals vermeld. Koffiezet? Warmwaterboiler? Niets van alles dat op de boeking vermeld stond. Dus geen aanrader

Les chambres propres.

De ne pas trouver d'informations concernant les bus, métro. Accès cuisine commune le matin fermée Difficulté pour joindre le propriétaire. Voiture dans le garage fermé. Impossible de partir alors que je co-voiture. Gros problème.

Lo único bueno es la ubicación, por la conexión de metro cercana

-No se respeto el cambio de hora confirmado por el hospedaje. -Habia un extraño en nuestro cuarto y costo convencerlo de que no era suyo, y ademas estaba en el baño nos dimos cuenta una vez dentro. -Todas las habitaciones al llegar estan abiertas, y puede entrar cualquiera antes que tu y romper o usar las cosas antes que tu, no lo recomiendo porque en la mayoría de casos piden fianza. -El ruido es excesivo, escuchas absolutamente todo del pasillo, en cuanto a la calle no hay ningun problema -Te pueden espiar a traves el agujero de la cerradura, pon la llave. -El trato fue borde y sin interés Resumiendo no te da una sensación de tranquilidad

We booked the hotel one day before arrival. This hotel turned out to be a scam. They charged us for our stay and did not allow us to enter the room because they tried to charge us 300 euros through the card for the reservation. We rented a hotel for just one night, and we were ready to pay cash for the reservation, since the money would be returned by card in a week. As a result, we were not allowed into the hotel and I ask you to return the money and hide this hotel from your website because they are scammers

Comfy and fancy bedroom, don’t expect anything else.

The room and the view from there was nice.

There’s no parking space, the “hotel” was not clearly identified (considering that we arrived at night). The “amenities” are not identified so we never saw any kitchen or garden.

El edificio tiene mucho potencial y es bonito estéticamente. Además está cerca de una boca de metro lo que facilita el transporte puesto que tampoco está demasiado cerca del centro de la ciudad. El personal es muy agradable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte. La calefacción era potente y hacía muy bueno.

Hubo un poco de jaleo con los apartamentos y al final acabamos en uno (supuestamente superior aunque luego vimos que costaba lo mismo) que no era el que teníamos reservado. Se ve que el agua tiene mucha cal porque el grifo de la cocina estaba un poco atascado al igual que la ducha y salía un poco mal o salpicando, creo que deberían mejorar un poco el mantenimiento en este aspecto. Otro tema importante es la insonorización. SE ESCUCHA TODO tanto de la calle como de las zonas comunes como de otras habitaciones. El plato de ducha se debería limpiar un poco mejor. La cocina estaba poco equipada.

Terrible staff, good rooms

The rooms are big, it’s in a good/safe area

The staff didn’t talk in english and when we arrived at the property, they made us pay 50€ for a deposit, without it being clarified in the website. They announce that guests can use the kitchen but didn’t let us know at what time. That so, one morning we were going to use it and the door was locked so we called the manager that refused to talk in english and screamed at the phone. In addition, there was a broken lamp in the room that they never fixed and just left it there.

El trato denigrante del propietario. Nos mintió diciendo que el parquing alrededor del apartamento era gratis cuando no lo era. Fue extremadamente desagradable con todos los problemas que nos encontramos al llegar: la cocina no tenía ni lo más mínimo: solo había 1 plato, 1 cuchillo, ni una sarten, no había cafetera, etc... Además, es obligatorio darle un depósito de 300€ que tuvimos que reclamar durante varios días y que no nos devolvió hasta despues de 1 semana.

Poor communication, nice area

Room was a nice temperature and bed was comfy

Sign from the front of the property has been removed due to large scale scaffolding works ongoing to front of building - we were not made aware of this before and spent an hour walking around in below zero temperatures, getting one word unhelpful responses from the hosts and eventually had to ask some locals. In the property we were only provided with one toilet paper roll that was mostly finished for our en-suite and hosts did not understand when we asked for more. Loud drilling noises coming from works on the front of the building. Other rooms can be heard very clearly from eachother.

Muy bien! Recomendable!

El alojamiento no estaba en mala zona situado, lo único que para llegar al centro hay que coger si o si metro o tranvía (las paradas están a 2 minutos andando del apartamento). Fueron muy agradables con nosotros a nuestra llegada. Las habitaciones contaban con calefacción y se estaba de maravilla! Y la limpieza también muy buena. Además tenían secador en el baño, punto muy positivo.

Se escuchaba mucho la gente que pasaba por delante de nuestra habitación.

L'appartement en open Space, chambre ouverte sur le séjour, aucune possibilité de s'isoler. Équipements cuisine a minima, tiroirs pratiquement vides, pas de quoi s'installer pour se restaurer sur place. Pas de cafetière, et encore moins de capsules. Bref, un appartement témoin....

Très très très mauvais sejour.

Des poussières sur la plupart des meubles. 2 fourchettes, 0 couteaux, et 1ou 3 cuillères pour une chambre de 4. Un string bleu plein de traces derrière un pouf. Les murs fins comme du papier, on entendait absolument tout ce qu’il se passait dans toutes les chambres. Mauvais wifi. On a voulu prendre une douche, pas de pression et l’eau (quand elle coulait un peu) était soit extrêmement bouillante soit glaciale. Le gérant est malhonnête et irrespectueux, son profil booking est mensongé, on se demande si le ménage est fait. Ce gérant a également le culot de nous retirer 30€ sur les 100€ d’acompte payer pour « frais de nettoyage », frais qui n’ont aucun sens à notre égard car comme vous avez pu le lire : ce n’était pas propre avant notre arrivée ! Quand j’ai demandé à être remboursé à 100% de mon acompte le gérant m’a dit que : oui l’appartement du bas était peut-être sale mais il a retrouvé des traces de peinture (???) sur nos draps donc 30€ de frais ?! Cerise sur le gâteau, j’ai récupéré l’acompte (pas complet vu qu’il me manquait 30€) le 20/11/2023 alors que nous avions réservé pour le 31/10. J’ai donc dû attendre 20 jours et envoyer plusieurs messages (sans réponse), téléphoner au gérant qui ne cessait de me couper la parole au téléphone en me criant dessus récupérer avant une partie de mon argent. Bref, on est dégoûtés, énervés et déçus. Ne perdez pas votre argent louer ailleurs.

The apartment was close to the metro station.

The young man was very helpful.

I had concerns until I got to the building. But when I got there and rang the bell a young man whose name was Yaser opened the door. Until then I couldn't get clear information on how to enter the building. And another thing the shower was too small.

They demanded a Caution for 100€ which I paid. I Wanted to extend for another night instead of checking out early and checking in again and I was to pay 30€ more for extending. I politely ask them to remove the 30€ from my deposit. But now they are demanding I pay the 30€ first so that they can send my Deposit back . And I’m politely telling them to just send me 70 € . They were not saying anything about returning the deposit. I paid the deposit on 28th now is on 9th August and I’m still waiting for the refund. I had actually booked the Apartment

I would not stay here again!

In my opinion, the owner seemed rude to me from the time he opened the door. I had attempted to ring the bell multiple times after the 4PM check-in time allowed, and after using the booking.com communicator to let him know I was there after no answer, he opened the door and motioned to the bell multiple times like I was an idiot. The room was on the 4th floor (I believe), with no lift (elevator). When I messaged him for the password for the free Wi-Fi, he stated I already had it (I was never given it and it was not in the room anywhere). I know there was supposed to be laundry on site, but was unable to find it and already felt I wasn't going to get anywhere after the Wi-Fi incident. The room was quite noisy; you could hear every time someone went up and down the stairs, and you could hear talking late into the night. There was some parking on the street in front of the building but was afraid to move my vehicle as there were very few spaces, and they were not reserved for this location. While I was waiting for the owner to get back at 4PM (no early check in), I saw someone attempting to break into the cars on the street, leaving the feeling of the area being unsafe.
