Bad experience

The feel and vibes of the island was good

Review of Booking.com Experience: My recent stay booked through Booking.com was a frustrating experience marred by poor boat timing and a lack of flexibility from the staff. Despite intending to spend a night on the island, I ended up staying for only three hours due to delays and mishaps beyond my control. The boat timings were consistently unreliable, often departing later than scheduled, and showing no regard for guests' time constraints. While guests were expected to adhere strictly to these timings, any request for a minor delay was met with outright refusal. Adding to the inconvenience, I received the wrong luggage upon arrival, further wasting my time as I waited for the boat. The promised 15-minute journey from the welcome center to the island stretched to nearly 25 minutes, and the boat departure was delayed by 15 minutes without any explanation or apology. Despite raising my concerns with the staff, the only compensation offered was a complimentary breakfast and a late checkout. However, when I requested a mere five-minute delay for the return boat, considering the previous day's delay and the inconvenience caused, it was met with staunch refusal. The manager's dismissive attitude towards my concerns only exacerbated the situation. Ultimately, I was unable to fully enjoy the island's facilities and felt like my time and money were wasted. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I would caution others against booking with this establishment until these issues are addressed.

Très agréable staycation - un peu cher comparé au services d’autres hôtels similaires.

L’endroit et les chambres sont très bien

Tout n’était pas accessible comme le cinéma. La personne en charge souhaite vous upgrader mais de façon un peu indélicate.

A must do for a visit to the World Islnds.

The staff. Their warm welcome, their demeanor and their attitude of “you are family” was extremely well recieved.

The finishing in the rooms was not the best. Construction errors and botched repairs were evident. One starts to question the cost when these things are so visible.

المنتجع والاثاث جديد والمسبح نظيف ومساحته مناسبة والشاطئ قريب جداً من الفيلا ، ويتوفر بقالة فيها اغلب الاحتياجات الاساسية.

الشاطئ ليس رملي وناعم بالكامل ويكثر فيه الاحجار والاصداف.

I was at Anantara World island with my family and my mother, it was a wonderful time, I can particularly recommend Mr. Hussein, he always took care of everything for us and was there immediately when we needed him! We will definitely come back and many greetings to Mr. Hussein

Great resort to get away with luxurious touch

The island is amazing place to getaway and not far from Dubai.

A bit expensive dinning and no further choices. Also, boat time schedule is not flexible. Otherwise, it is the best

extremely disappointed with the whole customer experience - we were allocated a butler however he failed to respond to b

the individual villas are well designed and function adequately. some maintenance on the outside areas is required.

The quality of the finishing for the areas that ‘hide’ the utilities, storage, staff areas and similar was quite poor and needs some thought. the condition of the roads also shows neglect. it was clear the season was ending and most employees we met were already on the beach and didn’t care.
