Passable if on a tight budget.

The apartment is small, especially the bedroom. Although there is a small kitchen, it is not functional at all (not even to make a light breakfast!).

Very very compact and not in the best location, away from the main touristy sites and auto rickshaw drives (on Uber) were not keen to pick up from this location.

Very good family apartment

The personnel was very kind and helpful. Check in and out went smootly. The apartments were clean and contained all furnitures needed for a family. Beds were comfortable and big. Very great for the price!

Thin walls which makes outside noise disturbing if you are not used to it.

Gut für wenige Tage.

Sehr unkomplizierte Unterkunft. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und sehr sympathisch. Und insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber.

Das Zimmer hat keinen Fenster. Ein sehr starke unangenehme Geruch kam aus der Küche. Gut dass in Mysore, die handgemachte Räucherstäbchen gibt!

Exceptional

The Two Bedroom with attached clean bathroom . It also has beautiful balcony overlooking road and huge morning walk ground. Even though it's near two way road still it's a silent area as less traffic on that road . Good view from balcony in morning. The Terrace is must go place as good seating area , beautiful lightings and kids swing make it good hang out area for whole family. Food can be ordered online and all good restaurants are within 1 to 2 km reach.

I liked everything as the kids, senior citizens and wife liked the stay. In this price it's a very good stay , i recommend families to try out the stay.

Xcel was Xcellent ;) Will be Back !

1) Receptionist (Ashish) & service boy (Gachan) - both were amazing guys. Ever helpful in all the requests we had for them. 2) Forthcoming & providing guidance on sightseeing and other requirements. 3) We asked for sheets change, microwave, garbage cleaning etc. & all of them were done in a jiffy without any delay. 4) Always there to help & see if were in need of anything and assured that we were comfortable.

1) Washroom toilet seats looked worn out - could have been better 2) Dust around the windows sills could be cleaned up 3) Balcony can be cleaned up

Clean rooms. All rooms are suites. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. Most are 2 bedroom suites.

Very good

Places was in city centre so it was close to major attraction. The staff was really nice.

The bedsheet and duvet cover had boblin and it was not pleasant to sleep on. I had to ask the staff to change the bedsheet and the cover. The white towel provide had dark stains on them. Towels were washed and fresh but it looked as it was dirty and black. Pot was broken

Loved the stay

Conveniently located close to major tourist attractions. Fairly big apartment with Super clean rooms and functional amenities. (It is exactly as shown in pictures) Terrace garden is a wonderful spot to hang out.

An RO or a watercan in the apartments would be really convenient for long stay.

great stay in Mysore

spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, secure accommodation, nice and quiet. also a word for the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

not much. it’s a little out of the way, although easy enough to get an Autorickshaw or cab around. the kitchen has kettle, tea and coffee and some plates, but could do with being a tiny bit better stocked; for example, a bottle opener, some kitchen towel, a cooking ring. altogether a really nice apartment.

I loved this place very much. Located in very a quiet neighborhood but not far from the center of the city. Intended to stay 2 nights but stayed 4. The appartment is very clean a well furnished. It is possible to order the meal and have it delivered to your room ( used this option once and it was a good experience). All the people are very friendly and helpful. Especially want to mention Punya and the owner of the place Sameer who helped me with all my requests. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Perfect place to explore Mysore from, to recharge and to relax at the end of the day and to feel at home.

The convenient location, the extremely service-minded, friendly staff, the modern decor, the spacious, functional, clean apartment, the cool, breezy roof terrace, the comfortable, large bed. Basically I loved everything about Xcel hotel/apartment.

Perfect home away from home!

What a lovely place to stay in Mysore! The hotel is new, neat and clean. The rooms are tastefully decorated. You can really relax here. Most importantly though, the owner and his staff are extremely friendly and do their job very well. They really know what service is. The owner, Sameer, really makes you feel at home. Awesome!

Peaceful stay

1. Rooms were really spacious, properly cleaned. 2. Really enjoyed the service. Very cooperative. 3. The open space in terrace is really arranged well.

1. A covered parking would have been really nice, even though security was there full time still covered parking would have reduced our anxiety.

Best place to stay in Mysore

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Highly recommended for families. Entire apartment was hygienic . Receptionist & Service People were very helpful and kind. Location is reachable, just 2km from the centre of the city. Terrace setup was amazing, and open for 24hours, good to sit together as a family and spend time together.
