We are happy with the hotel and all staff except "the breakfast serving man"

We liked the hotel very much, Actually we planned to stay for one day but we extended our stay for one more day since we liked the hotel,

we didn't like the restaurant person"s behaviour. Ist day breakfast was not buffet, second day was buffet with limited items, food was good, the staff was so rude and he "ordered" us to keep the plates in the box

Приехали в отель 15.11.23 Заселились. О проблемах заселения написал ниже. Номер неплохой. Ресторан при отеле очень хороший! Готовят быстро, вкусно. Блюда разнообразные. Специи кладут так, как вы скажете. Всё свежее. В номер могут доставить еду со скидкой в 10% Балконы хорошие. На балконе можно курить. Напротив отеля хорошая аптека! Можно договориться на ресепшене о предварительном бронировании междугородних билетов на автобус из Майсура. We arrived at the hotel on 11/15.23 and checked in. I wrote about the problems of settlement below. The room is not bad. The restaurant at the hotel is very good! They cook quickly and tasty. The dishes are varied. The spices are put as you say. Everything is fresh. Food can be delivered to the room with a 10% discount. The balconies are good. You can smoke on the balcony. There is a good pharmacy in front of the hotel! You can arrange at the reception to pre-book intercity bus tickets from Mysore.

После бронирования через интернет номера в этом отеле мы стали получать сообщения из отеля, что бронь будет аннулирована, если мы не сделаем предоплаты. Хотя BOOKING отдельно указывал, что предоплата не требуется! Предоплаты делать не стали, опасаясь мошенников. По приезду в отель 15.11.23 на ресепшене сказали, что наша бронь аннулирована из-за отсутствия предоплаты. Но персонал готов нас заселить в номер без проблем за те же деньги без всякого предварительного бронирования. Согласились. Другого выхода не было! Интернет слабый. Пропадает, хотя модем рядом. Узкий канал, полагаю. Шумно на этаже. За бронирование междугородних автобусных билетов на ресепшене берут приличные чаевые! Напротив отеля находится очень неплохая аптека! After booking a room at this hotel online, we began to receive messages from the hotel that the reservation would be canceled if we did not make a prepayment. Although BOOKING separately indicated that prepayment is not required! They did not make prepayments, fearing fraudsters. Upon arrival at the hotel on 11/15.23, the reception said that our reservation was canceled due to lack of prepayment. But the staff is ready to check us into the room without any problems for the same money without any prior reservation. They agreed. There was no other way out! The Internet is weak. It disappears, although the modem is nearby. A narrow channel, I suppose. It's noisy on the floor. For booking intercity bus tickets at the reception they charge a decent tip! There is a very good pharmacy in front of the hotel!

It was a really bad experience.

Not clean, no proper service, restaurant people had to be called everytime for any order. Too long waiting time, completely unhappy with the stay. Rooms were not clean, toilet and bathroom taps not working properly.

The guy at the restaurant was not smiling at all. In the service industry one should have smile on their face else the gusta doesn’t feel welcomed.

Need to maintain AC, TV and cleanliness.

Location and Food quality

Cleanliness. AC switched off from the mains and we can't switch ON when required in Room. TV remotes are not working properly. Worst experience

Good for a short stay

Room is very spacious and so is the bathroom. The room was clean and well maintained. Fairly good parking (public) as it is not on a very busy road. Overall not much expected for just an overnight stay

1) Dinner at the restaurant was horrible 2) The geyser in the room did not work, the entire shower unit almost looked like it would fall out any time
