Curățenie exemplară. Liniște și bun gust. Personal amabil. Cafeaua excelentă la micul dejun.

Ar trebui imbunatatit meniul a la carte ca varietate de opțiuni.

Удобно, что есть трансфер до лыжного спуска. Машина отвозит и забирает в любое время. Можно сразу в отеле арендовать лыжи и взять инструктора. Очень приветливая дружелюбная команда в лыжном сервисе. Хорошие завтраки, есть ресторан где можно пообедать и поужинать. Комнаты маленькие, но все есть. Спасибо за паркинг 👍

Матрасы не совсем удобные. Ванна старенькая, шторка в ванне висела грязная. Воды горячей в раковине не подключена. Хорошо было бы разнообразить меню в ресторане.

Micul dejun a fost ok

Am primit o alta camera decât cea pe care o plătisem pe booking. Camera era la comun cu alta familie, în cameră era neaspirat, pilota de pe pat pătată, cardul de acces se bloca și rămâneam pe afara + ca atunci când am ajuns ne-au mai cerut încă o data banii pe cazare la receptie(plata era făcută cu cardul cu 2 sapt înainte) etc

A fost curat, micul dejun bun. Parcare generoasa. Cald în camera.

Hotelul necesita renovare. Restaurantul drăguț, dar camerele cu mobilier învechit, saltelele uzate.

Faptul că am primit o camera cu balcon, deși în rezervare scria că nu are balcon , micul dejun bun de calitate , chiar daca nu foarte diversificat ...cafea buna, mâncare bună, ceai bun...priveliștea, situat aproape de centru .

Pentru saltea se necesita un topper.

The fridge was not working well. The road passes near the hotel. The room was very noisy. There is no air conditioning in the room.

Location

No towels, no kettle, and water. Breakfast is not so good. The place looks very old and also the facilities.

Great stay and very helpful shuttle to the slopes!

the shuttle to the slopes was the best! thanks for great service! and one of the receptionists was really kind and helped us to get back a wallet we forgot in the room! thanks, again!

Overall, it was a good impression. I will consider it again, upon a future return in Poiana Brasov.

Good location and good breakfast. Nice and friendly people on the front desk! Free transportation with the ski equipment towards 'Telegondola' was a plus.

As I think of, there was nothing negative to say.

The hotel provided a decent, functional, and affordable stay with a standout feature being the delicious Swedish buffet

Soimul provided a decent stay for the price. The room was comfortable and clean, however, it was a bit dated in terms of decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight of my stay was the delicious Swedish buffet breakfast, which had a wide variety of options and was definitely a standout feature of the hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to someone looking for a functional and affordable option with a great breakfast option.

Upon arrival, the room was uncomfortably cold and the radiators were closed. I had to wait for the room to warm up, which took some time.
