This modern 8-bedroom, 7-bathroom dream home is dripping with sunlight and features a modern clean white interior designed to put your needs first. Now, enter a haven that you must see to believe!

This unique 2-story white octagonal home provides optimal floor to ceiling panoramic views of stunning oceanic vistas, along with a gym, televisions in each room, plenty of poolside lounge chairs, a private backyard pool, and a separate apartment that comes equipped with two bedrooms.

The kitchen is displayed in truly opulent fashion, with a bevy of useful appliances, a sea glass backsplash, and deluxe island that can double as a charming breakfast nook. Just a few feet away sits the beautiful banquet area with a gorgeous view, staged appropriately for a party of ten. Whether you’re looking to have a private candlelight dinner or large family celebration, this dining room is sure to please.

Four of the bedrooms in the home feature a King size bed the fifth bedrooms features a queen size bed while the sixth bedroom features 2 twin size beds. The 2-bedroom poolside apartment hosts 2 Queen size beds.

Meanwhile, the entire 2nd floor is devoted to the main Bedroom Suite. This lavish and picturesque boudoir holds a bed in the middle of the room that faces the ocean, luring you to greet each morning with the alluring sights and stirring sounds of the ocean calling. There is also another private room on the second floor with a queen size sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating extra guests.

Head over to the home office through the connecting bedroom door where the office is conveniently set up with a glass-top desk, rolling computer chair, black leather couch/sleeper sofa, printer, and plenty of cases and useful shelving await. Now you can finally catch up on correspondence, finish that book you’ve been meaning to get around to or even have one extra guest join your party.

Tranquility takes center stage as you withdraw to your private bathroom. Heavily influenced by contemporary spas, each room offers clean lines, commodious storage, stall glass walk-in showers, and fine fixtures throughout.

Both the family room and den showcase an ultra-wide sectional, accommodating guest seating, and an impressive array of vibrant décor.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Earlier check-ins and later check-out can be requested 24 hours before and will be granted depending on availability. A surcharge may apply.

HOUSEKEEPING:
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.

BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.

CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

Overall a nice home. A little dated. Location was about 20 min drive for our planned activities. Beach is literally across the street but it is the rocky part. Would recommend.

Very pleased with our rental and time in Aruba. The island is beautiful and the house was very clean and had amazing views. The management team got back with us quickly with any minor issues we had! 5stars! Hope to stay again sometime soon.

What can beat a 5 star review? —Although less than a month has passed since our stay here, we have booked again for the 2023 holidays. What you see in the tantalizing property photo, exactly what you get! Breathtaking! Grand, bright, open design with glorious rooms, spacious kitchen, dining and common areas. Important to note that this was the only property offering bedrooms to *comfortably accommodate 12 adults and 1 child. Two rooms, adjacent to the beautiful pool, the perfect spot for those needing quieter quarters from the noise/activity in the main house. The warm, expeditious and well-organized Barbulet Concierge staffers were phenomenally helpful, every step of the way, assisting with housekeeping needs, grocery ordering—whatever came into play, necessary for an unforgettable vacation. Did I mention * immaculate:)! = Spotless! always at the top of our list in any home away from home. The only element that needs improvement: number of towels provided to guests!:) Yes, there is a laundry room— but on vacation I prefer to leave all housekeeping behind. Awesome if this could be taken up a notch with larger “ rations” of beach + bath linens. To quote our 6 year old grandson, “ this is THE BEST vacation I’ve ever had.” We are all thrilled to be returning this coming winter. A special note of gratitude to Freya and her lovelies!

The house was located in such a great location. Close to everything, with an breathtaking view! The hosts were very quick to respond when we needed assistance. The house is accommodating with just enough rooms and bathrooms, and a large common area where we spent a lot of time. It was a great stay and I would love to be back and stay here!

The property was ready for us when we arrived. The house was spotless—great views looking out to the ocean. The house is located on a fairly busy road but we could not hear cars/noise from inside the house and cars were slow because of the speed bumps. The backyard/courtyard was very comfortable and relaxing - all our nights ended there watching the kids in the pool. The kitchen needed more items, such as bowls and serving dishes. The Pool lights worked only one night after it was fixed. Casiola did come out to the house promptly each time we called with an issue. Casiola Customer Service was top-notch! Overall we all had a great time. Thank you!

The home has so much potential and I am certain was once very beautiful; however, with all of the repairs that are needed it was a little disappointing. The locks on the doors didn't operate properly, the AC units in a few rooms were not operating properly, the grill did not work as intended and the furniture was damaged. Home needs a lot of work.

The home was cut, and appeared just as advertised. The only major complaint I have is with regards to communication with the property manager. The after hours number required me to leave a voicemail message, which wasn’t responded to until the following day. I requested for the propane tank for the outdoor grill to be replaced. We weren’t able to use it, because there was no propane. The neighborhood was nice, and the backyard was adorable.
