Pandanas 15A Mitchell Parade is an architecturally designed, Hamptons resort style property just across the road from pristine Mollymook Beach, which is ideal for swimming and dolphin spotting. Renowned surf spot, Mollymook Reef is only 40m away, and the rear of the property backs onto the 5th hole of the Championship Hilltop Golf Course for beautiful fairway views. Walk along the beach path to restaurants including Mollymook Golf Club, Bannisters Rooftop Pavillion and Woodburn Deli, plus cafes, a chemist, newsagents and supermarket. During your stay we recommend a short drive into Milton Village which has lots of boutiques, homewares and trendy cafes or Cupitt's Winery for some wine tasting, lunch in the restaurant or outdoor dining looking overlooking the vineyards.

Stylish and ultra-modern with quality finishes, Pandanas 15A offers plenty of space for large groups or families with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 3 outdoor deck areas and a fenced yard.

On the middle floor, the contemporary Hamptons style kitchen, dining and living area is bright and airy with timber floors, air-conditioning and a gas fireplace to create the perfect climate at any time of the year. The kitchen features a large fridge, coffee machine with pods provided, and there is also a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite opening onto the enclosed deck, plus an additional bathroom.

The top floor has 3 queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite and ocean glimpses, as well as an additional bathroom. The ground floor features 3 bunk beds, a double sofa bed, and 2 extra rollaway beds, plus a bathroom and laundry with a washer and dryer. This is a great area for kids/teenagers with a large rumpus room and a Smart TV to keep them entertained.

For those who prefer to unwind and relax outdoors, take your pick from the 3 decks. Enjoy the enclosed deck on the cooler nights or open the louvers and welcome the sea breeze and ocean views during summer, and for the golf enthusiasts, the rear deck overlooks the golf course and offers a BBQ and outdoor setting. You'll also find a large backyard for the kids with a tropical garden with Pandanas trees from North Queensland, and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a day on the beach.

Parking is available with off-street parking for 3 cars.

Wonderful weekend in Mollymook at 15A Pandanas Apartment, just not long enough Perfect accomodation, loved the view over the golf course, very spacious, loved the fire place. Location is amazing, less than 10 min walk to the golf club for dinner, with killer views over the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I just spent the weekend in Pandanas Apartments 15A in Mollymook and it was amazing! A beautiful well kept home that was the perfect size for 7 adults and 3 children (more if needed). It is just across the road from Mollymook Beach and only a short walk to the Golf Club. Access to the home was easy and we felt very secure throughout our stay!
We will definitely be staying here again

Had a great time at the Pandanas, 15a Mitchell pde, Mollymook. Place was very well presented, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, fantastic location adjacent the beach and golf course and walking distance to Mollymook Golf Club. Mollymook Milton holidays easy to deal with and great communications. Recommended.

My family came together to celebrate my Mums 80th Birthday. The home was spacious for the whole family with a wide age group. Location was perfect. Beautiful property. Really enjoyed our stay.

Our family has been holidaying down the coast for over 35 years. Sadly the rent now required is just pricing us out. The position of 15 A Pandanus on Mitchell Parade was great. The road is busy and noisy, crossing the road with little kids was sometimes difficult. While the water views are restricted to the top floor, the golf course views were very restful and sometimes entertaining depending on the skill of the golfer. The middle floor is air conditioned, the upper floor bedrooms have ceiling fans but on a warm day the top floor is very hot. The beds are very comfortable and it was great to have the 5 bathrooms. The bathroom with the bath needs maintenance. With the property able to sleep 16 an extra fridge would be good. The kitchen was fine, though there needs to be more than one oven shelf. It was lovely to have a family of kookaburras visit us.

Excellent accommodation in a great part of Mollymook, close to the beach, cafe and club. Accommodation easily fit our 3 families (6 adults, 7 children), the children were all able to sleep downstairs and had their own bathroom and lounge area. Heaps of room upstairs and a balcony looking over the golf course where we had bbq's and watched the kookaburras. Would highly recommend.

This house is amazing! For the number of people it can sleep (16) it is so spacious and has countless bathrooms, there will never be any queues. The 3rd level was extremely hot, however by the time we were ready for bed it would be bearable but could really do with some AC . We will definitely be back to these properties
