We hosted my husbands 50th birthday party at the condo. It was the perfect space as the first floor is for entertaining and the second is the majority of the bedrooms. They have 3 fridges which was a plus, pool table and craps table too. The coffee maker was broken but a new one was delivered same day.

The overall check in, communication, and location was outstanding. Annoying nothing is provided (toilet paper, towels, dish washing detergent, etc) but clearly stated in the listing so no surprises. Only negative the entire stay was a terrible odor in the upstairs bedroom. Great location, accurate listing, great pool/hot tub, great property manager- would stay again.

The first night the patio door lock was broke and unlocked, so we had to put a stick in the door. The same night we called customer service so somebody can come fix the lock and step because it was also broken. But besides that the location was good and the ocean view was great.

The condo we stayed in was fantastic for space, amenities, and the VIEW! I shared some maintenance issues with the property manager and they were receptive to the information. The cleaning crew was missing some details in upkeep, but the major surfaces (counters, sink, stove, fridge) were clean. Overall I would stay again and be glad to have the opportunity. The ocean was literally steps away and it was an easy walk to some shopping and a quick drive to a great grocery store.

The family enjoyed our stay. The location is great: On the beach and close to local attractions and restaurants. Could have been a little cleaner in regards to comforters on beds and pillows, there were some stains that we noted. We would definitely stay again.

We had a handicap person with us and the elevator did not work we were told it was not going to be fixed the hot tub also did not work.
