Welcome to the historic district of Savannah! Our neighborhood boasts easy access to Forsyth Park, just a 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy picnics and people-watching by the iconic fountain. Explore renowned museums like the Telfair Museums, only a 10-minute walk from our doorstep, and catch live performances at the historic Lucas Theatre for the Arts, just a 5-minute stroll away. With charming local shops and a vibrant nightlife scene within walking distance, you'll experience the best of Savannah like a local.
Getting Around:
Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
-Pets are not allowed at this property.
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

This property markets itself with beautiful interior photography that far exceeds the actual experience. My husband and I appreciate and look to visit properties that have a sense of history and local character. At over $1,000 per night, we expected an "immaculate" "lovingly-renovated" property. Upon arrival however, the entryway was dingy with the strong scent of mildew in the air. The sofa was significantly stained and dirty, bathroom doors and walls had obvious handprints presumably from past guests, as well as a random second refrigerator placed in the middle of the kitchen (not shown in any photos.) The overall vibe felt more shabby, post-party frat house than "handcrafted" "heirloom home." We left an hour after arrival. The host e-mailed some hours later to ask us to manage plumbing concerns (it was an exceptionally cold night and historic plumbing needs unique care.) When I replied to let them know we had already left and our feedback about the property, they only directed us to the cancellation policy (there was none) and didn't express any surprise or concern about unit's condition. If you're looking for a well-cared-for historic property, this one is not worth the asking price.
