Staff was amazing! David was exceptional! Jessica very sweet and helpful as was Mallory! Everything was very clean

Awareness of allergies that they made note of prior to our check in and again upon arrival, anaphylactic allergies, and then those allergies were somehow disregarded. Everybody was very apologetic about it but it was my fiancé and it was her birthday and we stayed in that night bc her face was swelled up but if she had swallowed it, instead of noticing immediately, she would have had to used an epi pen or stopped breathing. Perhaps make note in giant red letters so allergies like that- that severe, can’t be missed. Other than that, everything and everyone was excellent! Beautiful place!

Lovely old mansion house with great service!

Country charm and decor. Friendly service and the desserts and coffee is great in the evening. After you have been out for dinner and return to the hotel, it is great to have some dessert and drinks waiting for you.

The room was a little smaller than the online photos portrayed. Having visited the hotel now that is totally understandable as it is a grand old mansion. Bathroom could have more table top surfaces to store your goodies. there was literally no space on our suite for toothbrushes etc.

The perfect location to stay in an historic space to soak up all Savannah’s offerings.

This historic property is very convenient to all that the area has to offer.

Our room (The Whitfield) was right below reception and was a little noisy late at night and early in the morning when the staff started their day.

Amazing and charming place

Beautiful interior and nice spacious rooms. The staff was great and very friendly - the location is ideal. The breakfast food was amazing - I’d definitely stay again!.

We enjoyed our stay very much

It is a beautiful house. Room is big and comfortable. Staff is warm and helpful. Breakfast is good, and the afternoon drinks are a nice touch.

Bathroom is very small. Should provide extra toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner.

The staff were incredibly friendly; the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The food was incredible!

Only that the airflow could not be switched off at night and was a bit noisy - but that's central air conditioning for you :)

Lovely stay, with a couple of small flaws.

Breakfast was very good. One can customize what they want for breakfast and they are very accommodating. Location is perfect, House is beautiful and with lots of decorative elements. Staff is helpful and lovely to talk to.

Our bathroom shower wasn’t hot enough and it was fiddly to make it hot. The room decorations (furniture details, lamps, windows and window sills) could have been cleaner. They clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in months with plenty of dust and lint sticking to them and the harder to reach spots. Some areas and carpets in the main dining and sitting room areas had lots of layers of dirt from the many years that people had been walking on them. I understand the house is historical and they want to keep the old style with it, but that’s no excuse for keeping dirty carpets, and furniture fixtures, especially at the price they charge. One can easily replace such carpets with new ones in better condition and still keep the old look and feel of the house.

The home was clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing. The location was perfect.

The bed had a sag in the middle and there was a smoke detector over our heads and the green light was shining in our eyes.

Wonderful time made better by our location and the wonderful people at the Manor.

Breakfast and all the treats were excellent and well prepared. Staff was friendly and informative and helpful when we needed something. Love this place.

Could have been a little less expensive but then you get what you pay for.

Breakfast, dessert, cookies,wine & hourdeuves were absolutely the best! Service was wonderful! Location perfect.

Small area in bathroom to set out toiletries. Very small TV @ an awkward angle. Difficult arrangement for unloading luggage & parking is next street over.

Very enjoyable stay with wonderful amenities in a beautiful location.

Excellent service by everyone there. Mallory was very gracious in greeting us, giving us consierge service and taking care of us. The food by Chef Terre was amazing and abundant! Felecia served breakfast each morning and took care to make sure we had everything we needed. Ashley also took great care of us helping us with anything we needed. Rita was so helpful to get us set up with a great tour of Savannah. The room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable! We would stay again and would recommend Kehoe House to anyone traveling to Savannah.

it was overall nice, but did not feel it was worth the room rate they charge.

it is a very beautiful home with lovely furniture and decor.

surprised that there were table tops with dust on them and some of the hallway glass on top of furniture was dirty. The staff was friendly but in a B&B with this room rate I would expect a bit more attention to details and overall service. a couple of examples include after requesting ice water with breakfast or a refill on coffee, the person attending to those requests would not return so we just had to grab a bottle of water off of a tray. the coffees carafe that was out was empty so no refill on the coffee. I have stayed at equally nice locations, if not even a bit better and for half the room rate with better service.
