Very pleasant stay. Clean room, comfortable beds, helpful and amiable staff. Delightful breakfast which includes made to order omelette. They even had avocado toast! Extremely comfortable bed. There's a pool but I didn't get to try it out.

Very good place for a group!

Breakfast was very good. The saltwater swimming pool was small but very clean and pleasant. Location is good. We walked for most of our transportation, and also use the trolley bus which picks up very nearby. Generally the area felt safe, but I would use more caution if walking at night

The parking garage is a little confusing. The drink vouchers and free snacks were cute, but we didnt use them. Honestly I’d prefer just a little lower price point

Overall is an okay place to stay, only one complaint is cost of parking.

Good breakfast. Good happy hour. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Extra blanket. All doors are very good, keep the room pretty quiet.

Parking cost is a lot. We don’t expect to have to pay to park. It would be nice for hotel to offer a couple bottles of drinking water in the room. Sleep sofa not as comfortable as we expected.

It was great, close to everything. Staff was super nice and did their jobs well

Breakfast was great, reception with drinks and snacks was nice. Bed was completely comfortable.

Very enjoyable, will book again next time we come to town.

The hotel is just on the edge of the Historic downtown area. We had chosen it because of its location to the Event we had come to attend. Didn’t make breakfast the first day but did the second, it was awesome.

Only complaint I can offer: Day we arrived room was a little warm but didn’t think anything of it. Next day we had walked the city and came back to freshen up for dinner, room was really hot then. Maintenance came up to check AC, found that a previous guest had closed most of the vents in the room. AC worked great when air was able to make into the room.

Overall it was a good stay.

The room was nice.

I would prefer that you could get the price of the room reduced and pay for breakfast and drinks on your own. My husband and I don't drink so the happy hour was not used by us.

Location and parking were great

Location is really good. Within a short walk to the downtown area you have restaurants, shops, the river all within a short walk. The hotel is a little dated but I found it to be very clean. The breakfast look very good but I just needed coffee.

Worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was wonderful.

The breakfast area was good.

The hotel was musty, floors in bedroom sticky, shower curtain torn/damaged. The carpet in the halls was old and musty. Strong odor of mildew.

Excellent location

There is a happy hour every day, which they say that it consists of 2 free cocktails and some chips: we’ve got one and no chips. We had a reservation for 3, but found that there was nothing prepared for our child (no linen, no bed prepared), breakfast is good, but tables are quite dirty, there is hardly anybody cleaning around during breakfast. There was a microwave, and a kitchenette, but no cutlery.

I enjoyed my stay at this beautiful .

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming . I really enjoyed the nightly mixers that included two free drinks with your stay. The property is located conveniently around many restaurants and close to shopping.

The fact that I was a guest and still head to pay for parking.

Lovely Savannah

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the evening reception. Fresh breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Location was a bit further away from the area we would have liked to be in.

Very good hotel for the price

Big room with free breakfast and complementary drinks and snacks in the evening everyday. Very beautiful lobby and staff. Excellent location, walkable distance to all major tourist spots

Out of the three most of the time only one elevator was working, so had to wait long each time

Great breakfast to start the day and happy hour to start the evening!

The staff were all so friendly! And the location was great to walk to the river area and other parts of the city. We appreciated the buffet breakfast and also the complimentary happy hour each night!

We were charged for 4 nights rather than 3 for an unknown reason but it was corrected by the manager.

Never again at this site

Noisy pipes in bathroom and rowdy noisy guests in early mornings.. no real restful sleep!!!!

Staff where indifferent..we paid maid to come in and clean.. she made up one of the two beds left the other😞Room was still messy after she came and went!!
