This is a beautiful house with a great layout and comfortable furnishings.
The big hot tub and adjoining plunge pool make the outdoor living space perfect. A very well-equipped kitchen made breakfasts at home fun and the grill by the pool/hot tub was perfect for our 4th of July burgers and dogs.
Located across the street from one of the large community pools, near the fitness center and golf course, and close (but not too close) to the boardwalk over the dunes to the beach, it's incredibly convenient to everything in Palmilla Beach Resort.
Our whole group loved our long holiday weekend at this house and will happily stay here again.

This home was absolutely beautiful and surprisingly well stocked! We enjoyed staying there and would return in the future. The only real disadvantage is that there was no ice maker or place on property to get ice. For a house that large the freezer could only hold so much and we had to buy new ice daily. Aside from that, it was perfect for us!

This is our second year for our large family to stay at this beautiful vacation home and it didn’t disappoint!
The furnishings are lovely and such a relaxing environment.
The kitchen is fully stocked which was great.
We were a family of 14 and there was plenty of room for all. The grandkids loved the loft and bunk bed room.
All adults thoroughly enjoyed their own individual bathroom and bedroom. The linens were fresh and total 5 star!
It was wonderful to get in the private pool after a day at the beach and have a drink on the balcony.
We look forward to a return to this gorgeous home.

House was very clean upon arrival. It was a great layout for our family size. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there. Our only small inconvenience was, there is not a full bath for the bunk room. So, the kids had to all use the adult bathroom showers on the first floor.

First off…. THIS HOME IS GORGEOUS!! My siblings and I rented this beautiful beach home for 14 people ranging in ages from 70 to 5! Everyone had a blast and we all felt comfortable and never felt crowded. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and had everything we needed to make dinner at home each night. There are also several places throughout the home to sit and relax if you need an escape from a large group. All of the bedrooms are very quiet and private. We all enjoyed having our own private pool and hot tub and the beach was just a short golf cart ride away! The Palmilla Resort is beautiful and although there is a lot of new construction throughout the Palmilla property it was not noisy AT ALL! We will definitely book this home again in the future!

This home is gorgeous and so convenient. It is steps away from the neighborhood pool and a short walk or golf cart ride to the cart path and walkover. We especially loved the private small pool and hot tub. While not huge it was just right and the kids loved swimming first thing in the morning and afternoon. This also made it very convenient for tired parents. The neighborhood pool is heated and has a bar. The home has excellent space and plenty of room. We had 6 kids and everyone had their own space. The home is also quite peaceful even with construction nearby. Our 3 and 5 YO were able to take naps without any issues. Also nice was that all the TVs have Roku.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is so nicely decorated and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the necessities. Our only complaint was they didn’t have a mop, broom, or vacuum available. We wanted to clean up during our stay and couldn’t find one anywhere in the house. Other than that, no complaints!
