Demandez une chambre sans translucides au plafond si le jour vous reveille

Le vol LA PAZ --> UYUNI arrivant tot le matin , nous arrivons a l'hotel avant le check in officiel mais l'hotel nous accueille bien en mettant a disposition un petit salon et du café gratuitement en attendant que les chambres soient prête . Nous avons eu la chambre vers 10 h Le personnel a la reception parle anglais et est efficace dans la gestion des check in et check out Le petit dejeuner en buffet est correct

Chambre très petite sans confort avec en plafond des translucides qui font que dès 5h 30 du matin il fait jour dans la chambre et le soir quand vous rentrez dans votre chambre , il y fait chaud car le soleil a chauffé la chambre Ils mettent des couvertures chauffantes sous et sur les draps qui sont inconfortables avec les fils electriques et 3 ou 4 couvertures qui pèsent sur vous que nous avons du vite enlever . Pour etre resté a l'hotel 4 nuits , nous n'avons jamais vu quelqu'un utiliser la petite piscine intérieur qui ne donne pas réellement envie de se baigner

Très bel endroit à Uyuni

Accueil chaleureux : le personnel s’est appliqué pour que nous puissions accéder tôt à la chambre car nous arrivions tôt le matin. Localisation super et confort véritable. Piscine intérieure splendide, nous en avons beaucoup profité. Le soir petit restaurant simple mais fait l’affaire !

Topnotch stay after your desert tour. Come and relax here the fullest

Wauw wauw! I was looking for comfort with some heat and a good hot shower after 4 days desert tour from tupiza to uyuni..wauw i got more than that. This is not Just a simple hotel. I felt invited in a luxury 5 star hotel.. the service from everyone was topnotch! The woman behind the reception i liked her a lot! She is really an extra bonus! Speaks english. You can ask her anything and she is so sweet ! Arriving in My room.. i couldnt believe it was with a kingsize bed..wauw i had no idea i booked these. Perfect room for me.. good size..good bathroom. Even with hairdryer. I liked the cozyness of the hotel..lots of spaces to relax and especially the woodfire with free coffee as tea facilities. Gosh i loved hanging there. I wouldnt come out only for food..the wellness facilities were good. I enjoyed the steam room the most. The breakfast was absolutly royal with so much choices and delicious! I wished i booked for 2 nights! Best well spended money as a backpacker..luxury treat! I recommend everyone highly!

Nothing..Just an advice..the wooden front seat in the sauna hang loose..i would fix it asap before someone hurt theirselfs. Also it would be good in the future to remodel the steam room to tiles no wood..the wood is burning hot especially the screws. Some toilet paper in the toilet there would be handy too. Other than that topnotch hotel!!

Exceptionally comfortable and friendly

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful! The breakfast great. The sauna and pool were exactly what I needed. The rooms were exceptionally warm and comfortable. 10/10 recommend.

Superb

Staff are very kind and willing to help and assist you with anything you may need. They let you check in very early, which is great when you reach Uyuni at 7:30 am after a long night in the bus from La Paz. The best breakfast we had in our trip, incredibly varied buffet.

Room was a interior one and slightly noisy. Apart from that everything perfect.

Exceptional

We had a very small room, but we could check in at 07 am without any extra costs and were super happy. The hotel has a long patio with different sitting places which we liked a lot. The pool was also nice.

was good but now? I won’t stay more without remodeling

good breakfast in good restaurante. antique and cozy lobby and patio

it needs some remodeling in the room and bathroom and the heating system. in my room it didn’t work heating system and the bathroom stucked. except salt hotel en Uyuni this hotel was best but now there are many other 4 star hotel and are in construction. I really hope that hotel Jardín will get behind them.. but now if I ask I won’t choose this hotel.. needs more remodeling and maintain facility in the room

Shower has good pressure. Breakfast is nice.

1. The windows are inwards thus the room has no circulation at all. There was no fan or AC. It was too hot for me to fall asleep in December. 2. We saw a mouse running. 3. What upsets me the most is that I was charging my camera battery when I was out during the day. However, the cleaning stuff used my charger to charge her own phone instead, leaving my batteries uncharged. I found it out because her phone was still charged in my room when I was back. This is really unprofessional.

Lovely hotel in central Uyuni, would highly recommend for anyone visiting the salt flats and wanting a bit of comfort an

lovely rooms, very cozy, delightful communal spaces. I arrived late from two days of travel and it was a warm welcome, the room literally very warm and well-equipped. Great buffet breakfast.

The pool and the bathroom were quite pleasant.

The room has juste one window on the corridor (which is not in the open air) so there is nearly no light nor ventilation.

Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Breakfast is good. Hot shower. Staff is nice. Restaurant food inside the hotel is very good.

Restaurant can get crowded after 8 pm at night and you may not get to sit down. There was no chair in the room for the table, but there was a bench.

Nice hotel for one night

The bed was really comfy, and it had a nice feel to the place.

The shower head had been fixed poorly and sprayed everywhere, the curtains over the window let a lot of light in.

Very comfortable hotel, good restaurant.

Very comfortable hotel. Nice rooms, comfortable, large beds. We even got electric heating blankets, because it was a bit cold. Nice lounge areas with gas fireplaces. Located a bit outside of the city center, but you can get there in a few minutes walk.

The breakfast was done in buffet style, but do due to COVID measures you could not grab anything yourself but had to ask the staff. This feels unnecessary and is less convenient

Couldn’t be better

The room was beautiful, as well as the hotel! Staff was really nice and they accepted to do my check 10 hours earlier than what it should be. This was so kind of them cause I got in Uyuni from a 8h bus ride and I was reaally tired.
