Guest Access:

The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the spacious garage, kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, pool, backyard, and washer/dryer. You’ll have complete privacy throughout your stay. Plus, we are just a call away and available 24/7 to assist with any special requests you might have!

Interaction with guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self-check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has central HVAC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that this is a family-friendly neighborhood, so quiet hours must be observed, especially at night.

Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $350 per day Note: Pricing reflects current SDGE utility rates. Ask about our current promotions and specials.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 10 guests.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.

Very clear communication, host is very responsive to messages, check in directions were clear. Property was very clean and exactly how described - we had everything we needed for my family group of 7, ages 4-67. Overall a great experience, we would definitely recommend this property!

If you have a family vacation coming up this is the place to stay. Plenty of amenities, quiet, close to beaches and restraunts, with plenty of stuff to cook at home if you so desire. Would recommend to anyone with a large group of people.

Looking for a slice of heaven between San Diego and Anaheim/Disneyland, this is it! This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and we've been at many. Great communication. Spotlessly clean. Very organized and labeled with everything you may need. Comfy beds. HUGE Pool with lots of other outdoor fun like fussball, bags, horseshoe, giant connect 4 along with pool toys and a jungle gym and putting green out front. Indoors there is a pool table/table tennis and Pac Man machine. We also used the workout area in the garage very morning. At night all the lights come on and it's even more impressive outside. Very private, fenced but yet close enough to everything. Much of San Diego is within 30 mins without traffic. The Carlsbad and Oceanside areas are fun to explore as well. If you're looking for a great family oasis where you can sight see or just stay at the house all day, this is it! We'd definitely come back and hope to do so someday.

Wow! We had an incredible stay at Casey’s property. The house and pool are so much bigger in person than in the listing, in my opinion. My bridal party and I stayed here before our wedding and were able to enjoy all the amenities and it was truly the best experience :) Between cooking on the grill outside to enjoying the indoor game room, we could have not picked a better place to stay. Thank you so much!

So we are a group of 4 adults and 3 kids ages 7-9 and despite the unexpected atmospheric river we enjoyed the property very much. The pool table with ping pong option, Pac-Man game in the game room were life savers! Once the sun came out, we used the grill and enjoyed the pool. The jacuzzi and pool heating is separate but I think folks wouldn’t mind it if you included the jacuzzi heating cost into the stay (understand the pool is a larger cost). Plenty of room, kids liked the bunk beds, confess I did not use the treadmill but appreciated having yoga mats and for the beach, kids used the boogy boards. Kitchen had kids plates and plastic options and plenty of plate and glassware. Maybe 2 more wine glasses to make it 4 would be good. We did run out of toilet paper and paper towels so if your family prefers paper, bring some extra. Outdoor pool chairs and umbrellas were in good condition. Wish there was one of those rolling self moving bottom of the pool cleaning things. Close to freeway to go to Carlsbad, flower fields and LEGOLAND. Thanks!

Plenty of room and things to do for 6 active adults. From a pool table challenge to swimming pool fun, we couldn’t have had a better match for our family. Beds were extremely comfortable and all amenities were readily accessible. We ran out of time to do all the things we wanted to do during our 3-day stay and would love to return someday!

We had 11 people and an infant stay in this beautiful location with no issues. Pool was a great place to relax, plenty of seating outside and game room was a hit as well. Casey was very responsive, informative and easy to work with. Only minor issue we had was the pool didn't heat up noticeably, other than that I would recommend this house for a large family get together.

We loved this house. The pool was amazing & made this place a gem. The game room has a leaky ceiling but I was told that would be fixed. Communication with owners was awesome until it fell totally silent. Owner agreed to a discount for leaving the home neat and is not following through on that offer.

This beautiful home had everything we needed! Well appointed, well stocked, comfy and clean. We hung out several times by the pool and spent a fair amount of time in the spa. Casey is a wonderful host and promptly answered any questions or concerns that we had. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gem of a house! We only wish we had more time to enjoy the gorgeous property. The house and our hosts were absolutely perfect. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the house was more than enough for 2 kids, 2 dogs and grandparents. The house is immaculately clean, everything is brand new. There is so much attention to every detail. The kitchen was more than well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and linens. The pictures do not do the backyard justice. It is California living at its best with plenty of seating areas and a beautiful place to enjoy meals. I wish we could have been there for a week!

They thought of everything

We are mental health care workers and obviously didn't get to have a holiday party last year. I was determined for us to do something. We are a 24/7 facility and usually holiday parties are a few hours on one day so if staff are working, they are shut out. :(. I love doing VRBO's and thought it would be a great way to have something fun that staff could come and go when they had time off and just relax. This was the perfect place. Every "toy" you could imagine. We had some challenges with getting the hot tub warmed up the first night but the property manager was always quick with a reply and able to help. It was so clean and there was everything you needed. I needed an extension cord, check. They had tons of pool toys, and of course had an electric pump to make it easy to inflate. All the kitchen utensils. All the cookware, and dishes, spices, and coffee! Thanks so much for providing all we needed for a fun and relaxing Staff Appreciation Retreat.
