Shifting Sands welcomes you into this beautiful beach cottage which includes 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy the partial ocean views from the screened porch with extra seating, or walk right across the street and you'll have your toes in the sand in no time! Fully equipped kitchen just off the comfy living area with bar top! Offers just the right amount of space for you and the family to unwind, plus your furry friend!

There have been several updates made during 2023 as well. The updates made are as follows: All new appliances, 2 new couches in the living room, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room, horseshoe pits and cornhole boards have been added.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time and appreciated being able to bring our dogs. The house is perfectly situated by the beach access very close. There was a surprising nice little view of the ocean from the screened porch- where we spent almost all of our time when we were not on the beach. Beds were comfy and kitchen fully stocked. Clean when we arrived. Plenty of linens and towels. Appreciated the extra fans. Only one issue was the laundry room and outdoor shower had so many large spiders. We still used them, but had to be careful and go in armed with the broom. Otherwise wonderful and would book again.

The property management company was very communicative and great. We reached out with 2 little issues and they we're on it within minutes. The house is nothing fancy but we didn't pay for fancy and we were thrilled to bring our dogs along this year. It could have been a little cleaner and a little less cluttered but it had everything we needed and the location was prime. It was obvious efforts were taken to spruce it up a bit and they were cute and appreciated. The beds are not King size as the listing stated. All and all our group had a great visit.

This property is semi oceanfront and was clean and upkept. The property management company was very responsive and professional. We will definitely rent this property again next year!

The house is 'charming' or a bit on the old side but the location is great. There were a couple of issues that the rental company took car of quickly. Its a pet friendly rental and there were piles of fur under beds and sofa. Big, big piles!

Great view, easily accessible beach right across street for our 85 YO mother, and we (esp she) loved the screened porch. Turns out she stayed at this same house 7 years ago with my brother and sister-in-law - they loved it then too! Dog enjoyed it too :)

This property was so unclean that we had to clean all surfaces and bathrooms before unpacking. Piles of dog hair and peanuts were found in two of the bedrooms in the corners of the rooms and under the beds. The bathroom toilets needed to be cleaned before use. The screened in porch had no screen on the door and other areas of the screens were torn open. The carpets in one bathroom were so unclean we rolled them up and didn't use them. The door mat had small nails sticking up which could have cut someone barefooted so we removed that as well. We emailed about the Wifi and none of the four tech savvy adults were able to get the wifi to work. I would think VRBO would cancel this property for it did not meet minimal standards. I have a VRBO property and I would never allow such filth.

The house was in a great location almost on the beach but the house is a bit run down. We had an electrical failure and the dishwasher died while we were there. The maintenance people were easy to contact and very quick to respond though. The house was not clean especially the dust everywhere.

Amazing location, just a humble beach house. Clean. Lots of games, puzzles, boogie boards, beach toys provided. We had a great time.
