This oceanfront home away from home features a large kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has its own private full bath. Hardwood, carpet, and tile adorn the floors.

This corner getaway has a wraparound balcony overlooking the beach and the added bonus of views from the Back Bay. This beach home has one bed, two queen beds, and one double bed with a trundle. There are TVs in all bedrooms and a 40-inch HDTV in the living room. A library of books, DVDs, and games have been provided for times when you may be seeking cooler indoor activities. For your added convenience, there is a full-size washer/dryer. We also include access to our large garage storage unit.

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The view from 208A is amazing!! The unit is furnished nicely and offers everything you need for your stay. Is roomy inside!! The sanctuary is a wonderful place for making family memories.

This was a perfect little get away with my family. We went during the off season so there was no one there. We are able to just relax on the couch, open the doors and listen to the ocean. It was nice having the Mexican restaurant right downstairs as well. Only downfall was the freezer was not working and we didn't realize until the following day after we loaded it up with groceries. So all those groceries were lost. The management office was quick with maintenance and when they couldn't fix it, they called for an appliance specialist. Overall great week.

The decor is nice but the overall place was truly filthy, there was mold all over all the shower curtains, piles of sand in the corners, the freezer shelf is broken. Most pans are scratched and not usable. The kitchen sink trickles out water. The pool was unusable until the last night we were there without any apology.

Loved my stay. The home was very clean and comfortable, loved it. I would like to stay there again sometime in the future.

This was a nice neutral clean unit that was well stocked! The view was great and we had everything we needed. I would consider renting the unit again!
