You’ll be getting two one bed/one bath units that are right next door to each other! Two queen beds, one twin trundle bed, one twin-over-full bunk, and comfy air mattresses provide enough sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests.

Two inviting living rooms, two state-of-the-art kitchens, two zen-like private bedrooms, and 2 full baths with rain showers are styled with upscale finishes, quartz countertops, custom tile work, and luxury vinyl flooring for that true resort-like experience. Contemporary design, stainless steel appliances, countless upgrades, and fast access to the beach all make for an unforgettable stay.

Amenity highlights include Smart TVs in every room with streaming AT&T U-verse cable and movie channels, Nintendo gaming consoles with over 600 classic games, traditional board games, a fully stocked kitchen with culinary essentials such as cookware, kitchenware, dishwasher, coffee bar with complimentary coffee & teas, hotel-quality linens and towels, washer/dryer combo, air conditioning, and heat.

The condos’ outdoor living amenities add to the long list of thoughtful on-property service extras and include a propane BBQ grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, beach towels, and sand toys for seaside excursions!

You’ll have access to two downstairs units in the building, and each unit has its own private entrance plus two reserved parking spots next to the building.

-We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.
-Each unit has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.
-Please note that quiet hours must be observed
-A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.
-There is an extra guest fee of $50 per night per guest which applies after 8 guests.
-Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedule to accommodate these requests.
Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later, with early check-in subject to availability. Please inquire with us about any fees for early check-in. Check-out is at 10:00 am. A $100 fee will be applied for every 20 minutes after 10:00 am. If check-out is after 1:00 pm, an additional night’s stay will be charged, plus a $500 penalty fee.

Quiet Hours: Guest hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during these times. Excessive noise may result in penalties or termination of the reservation.

Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property unless additional guests are approved in advance. Extra guests will incur additional fees.

Security: Security cameras monitor the property exterior, and Noiseaware sensors monitor noise levels inside and outside.

Smoking: No smoking inside.

Biohazards: Vomit, stool, or blood on the property will incur extra cleaning fees.

Pets: A $100 pet fee covers up to two pets. All pets must be authorized before check-in.

Liability: The reservation holder is responsible for all guests and any damages or incidents that occur during the stay.

OTHER RULES: Please close windows and doors when using heating or air conditioning. Keep doors closed to prevent bugs and rodents. Please remove shoes and wash off sand using the outdoor shower next to the alley gate prior to entering home. Please do not move furniture between units.
