Lovely home in Ocean View near Bethany Beach is the perfect retreat for your vacation at the Delaware shore. Offering 5 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths, a den with queen daybed, there is room for 14 to sleep comfortably. Sperate living and dining rooms, in addition to open kitchen and family room, offer plenty of space for family and friends to stretch out. Dining room has seating for 10 and kitchen has another table and counter island with stools. Enjoy the spacious family room with sectional sofa, swivel/recliner, fireplace, new 65 inch smart TV, BlueRay, foosball table, and puzzle/game table. New console table behind sofa offers unique stadium seating area for movie night or a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee. The console contains USB posts so also makes a great workplace area. Fully-stocked kitchen features a pantry and stainless appliances including double oven and French door refrigerator. The first level also features a powder room. All 5 bedrooms, except for den which is off the foyer, are on the second level. Primary bedroom is large with king bed, sitting area, and walk-in closet. En-suite bath has separate shower and large soaking tub. Other bedrooms feature coastal décor and include a bunk room with 2 bunk beds and a room with 2 singles. The single room shares a bathroom with a queen bedroom and another queen connects with a hall bath. The home also boasts an open front porch with 2 Adirondack chairs and a deck off the kitchen with high top table for 4 and sectional patio set. The deck overlooks a large backyard and open space with gorgeous pond view. Head to the garage to find two bikes, a set of cornhole, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys-all there for you to use and enjoy! Community pool pass is included with your rental and award winning golf course is across the street. Come make memories at the home we call 'Delmarvalous!' *Note - Ocean View stipulates that rentals have a maximum of one car per bedroom. *Note - Garage is not for guest use.

Outdoor community pool requires FOB for access. $50 deposit for FOB required at checkin.

10 of us stayed there 6 adults and 4 kids. Overall a decent place to stay. The home was clean, and spacious. I would recommend.

When we got there the floors were sticky and left the bottoms of our feet dirty. We ended up mopping them ourselves and it solved the issue. The floors were also not properly vacuumed and furniture was not properly cleaned under. So we also vacuumed ourselves. Garbage from previous guests was left laying around outside, inside closets and also after further checking, under some of the beds. There was garbage under the refrigerator as well. The signs posted inside the house stated for guests to take garbage bins down to the curb on Sunday night for the trash company to pick up Monday morning. We took it all down and it sat there until Thursday night when someone finally picked it up. This caused ants to come and were a mess to deal with. The umbrella on the porch was broken which was a major inconvenience whenever we wanted to relax on the porch. It states on the webpage there is room for four vehicles, due to being able to have use of the garage. The garage was so cluttered we couldnt even fit one of our three vehicles in the garage and it had to be parked along the road. The property itself was nice and the home was beautiful. However, I would invest in a new cleaning company. I’m sure other people may not be as particular as my family, however, the garbage that was left throughout the back porch and underneath furniture was ridiculous. Again, our overall stay was not bad but it also was not great. We did not let it ruin our stay. We would not look into this property again and would probably try to book elsewhere just due to some of the issues mentioned.

Stayed here for a girls weekend, the place was wonderful. Beautiful and clean, with plenty of space for everyone (we had 8 in our group). Great kitchen for cooking and stocked with plenty of cookware/dishes/etc. Beautiful dining room allowed our whole group to comfortably eat together while the other rooms had plenty of space for us to use for games, movies, and conversation. Don't forget to bring dish towels. We highly recommend this house, our group will probably try to reserve it again next year!

Overall, we had a great vacation. The home was clean and stocked well with bath towels and wash cloths. We had a group of 10, young kids, teens and adults. There was adequate room for us all to have spaces where we werent forced to be crowded in one room. We had a fun foosball tournament, and watched family movies late at night. My kids will be talking about this vacation for weeks. I do want to note that the bathrooms were not stocked with handsoap. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and not all of them were full rolls. I was told by the host that the house should have been equipped with what they feel is plenty (considering the house sleeps 14) so I am assuming housekeeping may have forgotten to leave extra toilet paper. Which may also explain that there wasn't any hand soap. Not a big deal, I made a trip to the store and was able to get what we needed. There also weren't any trash bags to use for the kitchen trash can or dishsoap for washing dishes. Like I said, no biggie just bought my own. The master bathroom shower did not drain well. It filled with water and when it finally did drain it left a slippery film and was dangerous for when getting a shower the next night. The master bathroom also has a big window, but it had a shade that came down which was completely see through once it got dark. The grill was extremely dirty and the gas line inside seemed to be leaking and we worried it may catch fire.
