Jeg hadde det fint, et kort opphold på to netter, ingen betenkeligheter med å komme tilbake

Frokosten var bra, grei frokostbuffé, jeg ble mett! Hotellet ligger sentralt til i et heller usentralt område. Koselig sted

Har ingenting spesielt å utsette på hverken hotell eller beliggenhet, men det burde kanskje vært et eller annet mattilbud utenom frokost. Avhengig av å handle, og ha mat på rommet. Kjøleskap med ferdigpakket sandwich, eller frys med noe for mikroovn? Betale med vipps for tilgang. Bare en tanke

On sunny day the room was very hot. No blinds, only curtains (not blackout type), so a lot of light at night during summertime

good for families to stay and hike in the area

convenient as we we were doing a glacier hike early. restaurant onsite with a grocery store nearby.

just an older cabin. washing machines and dryer were coin operated and turned our laundry gray.

The staffs were really frienly and helpful. They helped us with late checkin request. The cabin itself is spacious, fully equiped and cozy.

Exceptional

We stayed in the family room that is renovated and everything looked great. Clean, plenty or room. Would definetly stay here again. We booked this acomodation to start the sognefjellet scenic route, bur unfortunatly there was a partial road closure and had to reroute.

The pizza at the restaurant was not great( not bad, but not the best we had). It was great they delivered it to our room with the restaurant being full.

perfect place to see or walk on a glacier

the location was great and the food was very good. I had a cabin in a perfect location. It even had granite countertops and a tile floor.The location was perfect to walk to or walk on a glacier

I did not like the bed setup. I asked for a twin room but it was setup as a bunk bed with a top bunk that made it difficult to move and claustrophobic for me. Plus there was an attached ladder that interfered all the time with moving my feet in the bed

Cosy, close to nature

spacious hut, a little bit old but very well maintained and sparkling clean nice view a great swimming pool nearby

the lamp in the living room not working, no light there you have to put on bed sheets on your own

Avoid if you can, never book for more than one night

Close to the glacier, about a 30 minute drive Reasonably good supermarket within walking distance

Neglected and derelict state of the cabin (leaking shower, broken window handles, flickering lights, etc) Very uncomfortable beds (hard planks covered by 5cm of dirty foam mattresses) General uncleanliness; bathroom smelled liked piss when we arrived View on a busy road with continous noise and industry Cabins placed quite close to one another Under equipped kitchen Seriously bad attitude of the owner (actually admitted all he cared about was the money) Heart breakingly overpriced

Very good place for a family wanting to spend a couple of days in the proximity to the Nigardsbreen

Good location - very close to the town of Gaupne and the main road, but quiet and surrounded by nature.... 35 minutes drive to the glacier. The cabin is spacious and properly equipped. We stayed for two nights and had everything we needed. Nice heating- we used it even in the middle of July....

No light in the kitchen per se. Light coming from the leaving room was sufficient, but probably only in this period of the year.... No place to dry wet cloths. The cabin is suitable for a longer period of stay, so having a washing machine would be nice

overall we had wonderful stay. Kids could play around and there are good sightseeing areas.

It was was possible to sit outside all together and use the barbecue place. Kind host who offered to drive our luggage from the hotel to cabin as the coach could not drive all the way through. Nice view and the shops were in walking distance, friendly staff.

we stayed in a one bedroom bungalow. It needed a freshen up and a good clean it was worn and grubby. Expensive for what it is.

Good location to go to the glacier

This hotel is interesting if you plan to go to the jostedalsbreen national park (we did the icetroll tour) Supermarket is across the street and The hotel has the only restaurant we could find nearby in October

The appartment consisted in 2 rooms grouped together and the good thing was we had 2 bathrooms. Strange thing is that one of them was new (but very small) and the other was still with very old decoration (and I could not get any hot water).
