A very average stay

Location great

Grim looking building. Parking very tight. Very poor lighting in bedroom for reading. Poor light in bathroom for makeup

Had everything I needed.

Kitchenware is very complete. The rooms have been newly refurbished so it feels very clean. Good practical furniture such as working table and chairs. Bathrooms clean and well-stocked. They allowed 11am check-in which was great. Staff were nice enough to hold my luggage for a few hours after checkout, too.

Convenient location close to Ascott hospital

Perfect location if you need to go to Ascott Hospital. Quiet. Room looks good after renovation Countdown supermarket 5min walk Close to the train station

Would be good to have more cutlery One mattress was on the wrong way when we put it correctly we saw it was a bit old with stains. Thee was a mattress protector. No storage for clothes and belongings

Pleasantly surprised by updated interior and excellent proximity for this visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Proximity. Exterior didn’t promise much but interior was lovely - updated, clean and comfortable. Didn’t meet staff but they texted to say key was in room and door was open for our arrival.

Best value for money.

The room is always tidy. They know me so well, I always ask for more coffee and sugar but this time I forgot to ask. When I got to the room they topped up tje coffee packs and sugar without me asking.

Location was awesome across the road from Ellerslie race course.

Happy with the layout of the unit and the bathroom was awesome! The look on the outside of the property didn't thrill me. It looked rundown and u kept but the inside of the unit was brilliant

Will use this place often due to central location and affordability.

Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet and semi-secure. Not having to share location/space with emergency housing is a plus! Very clean. Has kitchenette facilities so can grab food to cook from Countdown not far from facility to cook breakie or dinner.

Apart from location - difficult to get into when traffic is heavy, however coming out of hotel the lights are there so it makes it easier to navigate out, just getting into is a wee challenging if you have to go up to the busy off-ramp roundabout to come back around and turn left into.

Enjoyable wonderful experience

We stayed for two nights and really loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the one bedroom apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations. The bathroom and shower are good Beds are comfortable. The owner/host is helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

Great helpful polite staff. Couldnt do enough for you. Room great and very clean. Beds so comfortable. Shower fab. Towels and bedding good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Would definitely stay again.

Lack of wardrobe and drawers. Very noisy from upstairs but it wouldnt stop us booking here again.
