We had the best time. The location was the best and having a golf cart made it so easy to get around. I have stayed here before and I will definitely book here again. The place is clean and has everything you would need. Donna is wonderful to work with.

Donna deserves 10 out of 5 stars for this property. The home is clean, spacious and beautiful. Perfect location as well. Donna and Neal were incredibly attentive to our needs. If there was something to be fixed or picked up they had it for us that day or the next. I can’t possibly say enough positive things about the property or host/hosts. Truly amazing people that went way above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

What a wonderful week. The Villages is a dream vacation for seniors. So much fun!!! We came to check out the surroundings and fun activities. There is so much to do we needed a lot more time to do a fraction of what is available. But, we did get in lots of golfing, swimming and dancing. The property is in a very nice, clean area close to Spanish Springs. Donna and Neil are so nice and accommodating. The house is very, very clean and the golf cart was so nice to have to drive around the neighborhoods. Download the Villages app to help get around by golf car and view daily activities. We will definitely be back to this VRBO home.

Property is nicer than the photos.Spotlessly clean,very well furnished. Location is convenient to multiple executive and championship courses. Having room for vehicle and golf cart in garage is a plus. Owner very accomodating and lives in the same neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The rental was very clean and had everything you would need from your home away from home. The kitchen & bathrooms was well equipped with all the big and little gadgets & necessities that you will need. The BR's slept well. And the BR was a office if you need it. Also came with a golf cart. But didint use it. The pictures on Web Site dont do it justice. You will have to see for yourself. The owner was very nice also. Our 2nd evening there we locked ourselves out and she and Neil came to help us get back in.
Tip: (Always remember to put the key back in lock box.) She also popped in to see if we were enjoying our stay.
There is so much to see and do in THE VILLAGES that you will diffently need a full month or longer. 😊
if you have the time to do it. Activities by day and Dinner, Dancing by night. Also, the home was locateded in good area, close to all your shopping needs. We really had a great stay and cant wait to come back.

The place was very nice and just two little issues. A running toilet and the host had the addressed the next day. A little trouble with the golf cart and the host allowed us to use her personal cart for the duration of our stay. Lots to do. Shopping everywhere with the golf cart. I played Pickleball every day any the nearby pool was excellent. You won't got wrong staying here. Thanks to our host Donna.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Donna’s Place. What we were looking for, was rest & relaxation, and that is exactly what we received.
Donna made it very clear that she was available and close-by if we needed anything. She was an excellent Host.
The house was clean, location was great, everyone was friendly, and all our needs were met.
We were very comfortable and would highly recommended this property. Thank you for such a Wonderful stay Donna and Neil!

Home away from home
Extremely well put together home with many updates. Located .5 miles from nearest community center. 10 minute golf cart ride to the next two community centers and 15 minutes from two town squares. We golfed, we played bridge, we played Bocce and Shuffleboard. And Donna was a pleasure to deal with.
We'd definitely rent this place again.

The house was so cozy, and so nice. Super clean as well. Donna was also the best host, she lives close by so when we checked in she came in to say hello, and if we needed anything she was ON TOP of it. She also gave us suggestions of cool things to do in the area as well. It was definitely a great place to stay.

Life Style Preview at The Villages in Florida
Me and my wife rented this property to preview the life style at The Villages in Florida through VRBO. I communicated with Donna the owner of the property for processing our stay in The Villages requirements and she’s exceptionally helpful throughout our our stays, she lives in the neighborhood.
The accommodations was excellent, plenty of amenities, as advertised.
The location is excellent. There’s plenty of recreations close by. Enjoyed shopping, dining and entertainment at the Spanish Spring Square just a car or golf ride away.
In addition, for socially oriented renters, the neighbors are very friendly, accommodating and shared their experiences with us.
In summary, our life style preview in The Villages is a success, we accomplished our setup goals. and we will be Villagers soon!

I ended up not renting this home. Mix up in billing and co.munication on both partie ( me and the rental company)

The property was very nice. The beds were comfortable for the most part, however the queen bed in the back room was a little too firm. The sofa and loveseat were very nice and comfortable (they both recline). The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Xfinity is used for the internet and cable service and works well. The owners came to visit us within 10 minutes or so of our arrival to introduce themselves (this property is managed by ReMax).The rental was not very clean, especially for Covid and the regulations put in place (by VRBO, CDC, state, etc.). You can tell there was no thorough cleaning by the hair in the tub and walls of both showers, the arms of the white chairs in the kitchen were black (we actually cleaned them off), there was a significant amount of laundry detergent from a tide pod in washer detergent compartment (this machine only has options for liquid or powder not pods but there are pods in the laundry room on the shelf, powder detergent was provided in the bucket on the kitchen counter), there was hair throughout the rug under the coffee table in the living room, we had to wash out the coffee machine under the lid specifically, DO NOT look under the sofa, no one has vacuumed under there in a long while - so much dust.PLEASE BEWARE the guest is required to clean the rental to some extent and you still pay a pretty hefty cleaning fee of a little less thantwohundred. You do not find out about your cleaning responsibilities until AFTER you make the reservation and pay. We had to run the dishwasher and put away all our dishes, take out all of the trash and remove all of the bed linens and used towels and put them in the laundry room. Also AFTER you make the reservation and pay, you find out they have 30 days to refund your onethousanddollar deposit! The shower head in the hall bathroom is old and covered with white hard water stains, although the water pressure is great. We returned from an outing one day (it was still light outside), we noticed the dining room chandelier was on and dimmed when we distinctly remember turning off all the lights. It made us question whether or not there was a visitor while we were out. More than likely we will avoid staying at a REMAX managed property in the future. NOTHING AGAINST THE OWNER. The house was very nice though.
