Like all retreats in The Sanctuary, this condo features a top-of-the-line kitchen boasting granite countertops, GE Profile stainless steel appliances, and tiled floors. The bathrooms are equally stunning, with beautiful granite vanity countertops and tiled finishes. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware, including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a blender, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare your favorite family meals. Gather around the full-size dining room table for meals, then enjoy fiery sunsets from the west-facing balcony overlooking the Back Bay!

The open-concept design connects the kitchen and living room, creating a welcoming space for great conversations and family bonding. Expecting guests? A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space. The large living area offers ample seating for family games or movie nights on the included TV with DVD and Blu-ray player. Let the sunshine kiss your skin as you leave footprints in the sand, creating memories to last a lifetime at Dunes Aglow!

Complimentary use of the garage-level storage closet is included, stocked with everything you need for a fun day at the beach, such as boogie boards, a beach umbrella, six beach chairs, and assorted beach toys. Additional conveniences include a full-size washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaners, and hair dryers in both bathrooms.

Enjoy condo amenities at no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My mom (81 years young!) and I spent four nights in this lovely condo. This clean, well decorated and gracious space greeted us upon arrival. We felt comfortable and relaxed our entire stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We are locals but had family travel 14 hours for vacation. Upon arrival (after receiving our text that our place was ready for check in at 4pm) the condo wasn’t clean. Linens were all dirty, crumbs everywhere, still trash in all the trash bins. We finally had someone come back to “clean” around 8pm but they did not change the linens on the guest bed and made the master bed without putting linens on it at all. I completely understand having low staff or it being a busy week but it’s unacceptable for us to wait 4 hours to have someone to come clean and it still be dirty. Love sandbridge, but disappointed in our stay.

Loved our lodging. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you would need. Since it is located on the highway side of the complex it does offer a spectacular view of some beautiful sunsets.

Condo was clean-thanks to Jennifer🙏 who was very helpful. Sunsets were gorgeous. Kitchen seemed smaller than other condos we stayed at-maybe because of the floorplan. All in all nice condo. Can’t go wrong when you’re steps from the beach.

The location was fantastic- walk to beach, restaurants and swim up cabana bar. Parking, laundry and trash all super convenient. Very clean and family friendly.

Very comfortable furniture and king sized bed. The artwork was just what I like.I even took a picture of the impressionistic city scene in the hallway.

We've been staying at condos and beach houses for decades and this was the first one that wasn't beach themed - a welcomed change! Modern condo, great amenities, good layout, and everything you'd need for the week. The kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances, all the pots and pans you'd need, and enough dishes/silverware to last a family of four for a couple days of meals. A few downsides: if you've got kids, it might be loud. The queen bedroom is on the breezeway and can hear all of the people traffic walking by. The pipes are very loud when using the shower. It sounds like they are going to burst out of the wall. If you've got heavy sleepers it won't be a big deal, but kids that wake up with noise may be bothered by it. We'd come back, but might choose another room - one closer to the ocean, closer to an elevator that doesn't require going up 3-4 stairs.
