Come and stay at this superbly decorated three-bedroom oceanfront condo! Spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Upon entering Snorkster's Dream, you’ll immediately feel enveloped by the vibrant colors of the beach.
The open floor plan offers wonderful ocean views from nearly every part of this east-facing condo. The great room serves as a fantastic space for family entertainment—watch your favorite movie on the TV or sit with your laptop and update your social media on the complimentary WiFi provided in Snorkster's Dream. Step out from the great room onto one of the two private balconies, where you can listen to the gentle sounds of waves crashing upon the shore and watch seagulls glide by on the ocean breeze. Modern, comfortable seating is perfect for family meals, whether you’re preparing a grand feast or grabbing a quick bite before a fun day at the beach.
The main suite features a cozy bed, a private bath, and an oceanfront balcony for quiet moments or evening cocktails. A large TV allows you to catch up on the day’s events or indulge in your favorite late-night shows.
Enjoy access to condo amenities with no additional resort fee, including three swimming pools, two libraries, and two fitness centers.

The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The views were amazing! The balconies had not recently been used and had to be vacuumed and cleaned, but it was well worth it. Everything else was great. Actually had more room than I knew. 5 kids/teens can stsy in the room with the bunks and pull out single and two sets of parents for the other two rooms.
Kitchen and living areas fully equipped and useable.
Everything else (pool/hot tub) was shut down due to the early booking but we did not really care because we were right on the beach. I would go back for sure.

Nice ocean views with enough room for our family to spread out

Smelled like smoke and all the surfaces needed to be cleaned. There was grease on the table, and every surface had dust, fingerprints or gunk on them. Dishes in the cupboards needed to be cleaned before we used them because a lot of them were dirty. It wasn't vacuumed and the hard floors felt sandy.
Master bed was ok, one side was harder and the other felt like it had broken springs.
Kids said bunk beds were nice. Second king bed in other room they said was nice.
I also wish it was clear that the pools were not open, my kids were bummed about that.
Only one roll of toilet paper for each room and the toilet paper felt cheap. Wasn't nice toilet paper. We had to go out and buy more toilet paper because no one came to replace any.
The staff at the office did their job well. I did have to call when we got to the property because it was still dirty and they did call the cleaners to come and vacuum and do a touchup clean but when the cleaners came they didn't have any cleaning products with them, only a vacuum and rag with water.
I won't return to this property. Didn't meet my expectations and felt dirty.

I recommend the property. We went during the off season in April. Beach was not crowded. Perfect place. Decorated nicely too! The condo is really well equipped.
The only snag was that we were given the wrong condo key. We had to call the emergency number to get the right key. It was a long day.
Make sure you check your condo number and the key number.

Loved the furnishings, but most of all, loved the private ocean view.

The furnishings and decor were lovely, spotlessly clean. Quit neighbors. Beautiful beach. Ongoing problem with the swipe cards was more than annoying. I just had a knee replacement and had to climb two stories since we the swipe cards didn't work, even after exchanging them twice. Year round owners say it is an ongoing problem. I couldnt text or make calls w my iphone due to week signal.

This was the best rental we have EVER had in any location!
Traveling with small children, 3y/o and 10 months, this condo had all the space and amenities we needed. The kitchen was so well stocked, plenty of room in every room for storage, full size washer/dryer... I could go on and on. TONS of hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels/wet bathing suits which is so amazing when you have little ones - or just multiple people sharing the space. Great location to get to the beach and pool quickly. Importantly, I want to give a shoutout to the cleaning crew because this space was also the cleanest we have ever encountered on arrival. I would definitely rent this space in Sandbridge again without hesitation.

Great area. Must drive to get most anywhere but the beach. We had to go tot he store and it was about 15-20 minutes away. Great place right on the beach. The view was fantastic.

Snorkster’s Dream was a beautiful condo - and the building had great amenities. We had a wonderful week at the beach, but I think the condo owners would be horrified at the way Vacasa is running this rental. Our unit was never cleaned for checkin - just a bag of clean linens left at the front door. I had 2 calls to Vacasa on Saturday, 3 on Sunday, and endless texts to them as well. They place you on long holds and then tell you someone will come to clean that day… but no one does. We ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the unit ourselves. My mother went to the local realty company when they opened on Monday - and eventually someone came out Monday night to “clean” the unit. Multiple people from Vacasa’s customer service line were not pleasant with us - and we met multiple families on the beach experiencing the same issues. It was really a shame and a stressor that no one wants to encounter during their one week of relaxation. I hope Vacasa will get a better handle of the management of this property.

They had two small pools serving the entire complex. They have let the outside go as well. One of the grills that we attempted to use "BLEW UP". We were lucky the lid was done or my brother-in-law could have been seriously injured.

This is an excellent home with all the amenities that you need, whether it’s during the summer fall or winter months this is an excellent place to stay. We enjoyed the oceanfront views and all of the beautiful sunrises!

Wonderful family getaway on the beach
Our family loved this 3 bedroom condo and our week in Virginia Beach! The check-in and check-out process was very easy and convenient. The grandkids loved the park adjacent to the condo, and it was a safe convenient place for parking an extra vehicle too. We hope to vacation in Virginia Beach and rent again!
