*New to the rental market* Located towards the end of the secluded west end of Holden Beach, Kind Of A Big Deal offers sweeping marsh views, direct beach access and a backyard oasis, complete with a private pool, a privacy fence and a covered dining area/Tiki bar with tv!

This beautiful coastal home offers wide plank flooring throughout, an elegant modern kitchen, and approximately 2,744 square feet of living space. An elevator offers easy access to the top floor, which includes an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. Large windows bring light inside; glass doors open to an expansive covered deck.

The main level offers a second living room with ample seating and a pool table. There is a wet bar with mini-fridge and ice maker and a 1/2 bathroom dedicated for this living room. On this level, there are also 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, two with king-sized beds and one with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds). All of the bedrooms have smart tv's.

On the top level, you will find 2 more bedrooms with king-sized beds and full bathrooms as well as the main living room open to the kitchen and dining room.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Pets — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

*Renters do not have access to garage area underneath the home.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

For this home the linens and towels are included in the cleaning price! We provide bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

This vacation home gave us A LOT of wonderful memories! In person the home is just as described , it is well stocked, it is spacious - we had 12 people with 6 under 16, and we did make use of the elevator with our dad over 70! The home is in a great location - at the end of the street, far enough away from the “downtown” and close enough to the beach. It is about a 5-10 min walk and tolerable by those over 70 and under4! The public access is right at the end of the street. The beach was never crowded. Did I mention that the house had all we needed? And we made some good meals, and had we needed to cook them!! Thankful to the owners for their efficient communication and. We made some great family memories - hopefully will make it back again soon!!

This is the first time we chose a not oceanfront property. It turned out to be the best of all worlds. Tons of windows out to the marsh - saw deer and all kinds of birds. Simple, easy, walk to the beach. House is set up perfectly for a large group. All beds are king (except for the bunk room) so none of that who gets what bed thing. The kitchen was beautifully provisioned. Dozens of sets of dishes and flatware. Any special kitchen tool you might need. The knives are good! There were 5 kids with the 5 adults so eating in was our go-to. Great, great, set up. The pool is wonderful. So easy to get kids out to eat when they just needed to come over to the tiki bar and watch cartoons while eating in their dripping suits. I can find fault in almost anything but I couldn't find anything not to love here. Did I mention the decor is beautiful? Light, airy, but with really lovely artwork. Rob, the property manager, was helpful way beyond his scope of responsibilities. He is a gem. This place really is kind of a big deal!

A Very Big Deal!

A Very Big Deal!

An amazingly beautiful and spacious home with plentiful amenities! Only little things arose that could be fixed easily, like more wastebaskets in bedrooms and the wet bar area. The outdoor area (pool/bar) was truly enjoyable, especially in the evenings (although a restroom/toilet would have been ideal on that level to avoid going back into the house.) The second living room area with the pool table was a fun gathering point, the ice maker came in handy with having major water consumers in attendance, and the elevator made moving in and out a breeze. The kitchen was ideal for making many meals with many hands helping, and the pantry for storing food and personal items brought was so helpful. The rental agency was very responsive to the issue about beach chairs being available at the property, and any other questions asked. Since the home is about 5 miles from the bridge entry to town, the only thing that would make the property even more enticing would be a golf cart provided with rental! We loved it all and hope to return in the future!
